When I returned the vehicle at AVIS Toronto in the city, the staff was very aggressive and unkind. I DO NOT recommend the AVIS Toronto service "161 Bay St Unit 140 BCE (Concourse Lvl), Toronto, Ontario, Canada- (B01)"

The rent cost exceeds my expectatio.the counter staff were totally un profesional and they have a very bad attitude.i am sure i will not deal with avis a second time.they charged me 47 $ for less than 30 minutes delay in drop off

The car had only run over 12,000 kilometers and was in very good condition. The staff were very patient and helped us save money. Initially, we were going to use one card, but the staff suggested we rent two cars using two cards to avoid paying an extra 10 yuan per day for an additional driver. Returning the car was also simple.

The service attitude is very good. Adding an additional driver costs $10 per day, which is a bit expensive. Traveling to Quebec costs $10 per day, with a daily limit of 200 km. Extra mileage fees apply.

I was late arriving for my shuttle, it was quickly rectified and someone was there in 5 minutes. I had a wonderful talk with the lady working at the desk when I arrived. She was fabulous and I enjoyed my time spent there.

There were some misleading information that are posted on web site and actual procedures that are implemented at the rental site.They did not honor what is on the web site even though it's their web site posted procedures.

Like: Because it was rented on boxing day and returned on New years day I expected there may be problems but all was fine. We were given option of bigger vehicles and because there were no snow tires available we took this to be safer. We went through a pretty huge snow storm and were happy we opted for the heavier vehicle with 4 wheel drive.
Dislike: The Ford explorer ended up being great in snow but a bit hard on gas and it was a very uncomfortable ride. this has nothing to do with the rental agency..just the maker of the vehicle...
