I got an upgraded car because the one I had ordered wasn't available. The collection and drop-off service was timely and excellent. It was quite a long walk from the terminal at Newquay airport to the collection point so bear this in mind if you have mobility problems.

Added bonus of satnav/ Bluetooth connection for music and calls. Lovely car to drive. Very economical on petrol.

No car seat training so we had an old car seat we couldn’t use

Dislike: We had a very dirty car ,so very difficult to see if there was any damage prior to taking the car .

Dislike: They tried to take £700 + from my credit card because I didn't need to take their policy ( I have fully comprehensive insurance for all vehicles driven) even though the small print mentioned only £200
