Thrifty ran out of cars and was moving cars to fill demand making for a 2 hour plus wait with no assurance a car would be made available. Counter staff were not helpful claiming to be unaware there were no cars available.

The car was great, but finding the rental counter in Boston was complicated, and it ended up taking far, far longer than it should've.

Advised of additional (optional) insurance cover at time of pick up, had thought this was included when completing booking through QEEQ
