You\'ll find our rental counters conveniently located below Baggage Claim in the Domestic Terminal. International customers may take the airport bus to the Domestic Terminal. Quicksilver service is not available at this location. Local renters should also use our airport rental location to pick-up and drop off their vehicles. The airport is located just 5 miles southwest of the city.Self service kiosks available, no need to line up and wait at rental desk.

Car had not been checked before collection - on 2nd day of rental the engine warning light came on and on my inspection the engine coolant level was very low so had to purchase coolant to fill up the reservoir! Alamo staff knew nothing about the "$1" deposit scheme and it took a long time to convince them they should not take the full Alamo deposit! Car was OK but older than I would have expected and was quite tatty.

With the first car Nissan Sentra, great car, I've got a flat tyre. I returned the car myself to the drop off point, and asked for another car. That lasted (because of the manager) quite a long time. The other car was much smaller (Ford Focus) than the Sentra, and I had to sign again some papers despite it was the same contract. I think that process can run more smoothier and friendlier for your customers

Like: We were given a brand new car. The car was fuel efficient and easy to drive. We collected from one airport and dropped off at another airport. Suited our busy itinerary.

The man at the counter did great with what he had. ALL THE CARS WERE LOCKED UP IN COMPUTER!!! Had to do paperwork on paper!!! May at the counter tried but could not get cars released!!! :-(
