What documents do I need?
To process your claim quickly, please prepare the following:
• Statement of the Loss/Accident Particulars: type of Loss/Accident and amount Claimed
• A Copy of the Insured Person’s Passport and Driving Licence from Country of Residence.
• A Copy of the Rental Agreement- Provided by the rental company at pick-up or drop-off
• Your credit card statement showing the damage charges
• The damage invoice from the rental company
• Your bank account information for reimbursement
