It could have been easier and more convenient to hire a car! I only wished it was easier to communicate with one party regarding my Iate pick up due to a flight delay. Aside from that, it was a breeze. Thank you
Excellent- helpful counter staff at check-in, and when the car I expected was not there this was sorted out very swiftly and I ended up with a different car, which was (to my eye) a better car all round anyway so no delay and a happy customer.
I misunderstood the cost of the advance toll fee coverage at the pick up desk, (the fee for which seems poor value to me) but I was able to delete it later by visiting a different local branch where it was sorted almost instantly. Although I could not effect this over the phone the lack of fuss otherwise over this did impress me and I will likely put Budget at the top of my list for a future hire.
Handing the car back was also disarmingly slick and efficient. Incidentally, I returned the car brim-full but nonetheless the fuel gauge showed 'almost-full', nobody quibbled so another brownie point for lack of drama there.
All told a better experience than I expected and I suspect that was not just good luck.

QEEQ did a good job- my brother booked a car at the same time directly with a different company and I think I had a better deal- better car, better price, but I won't rub it in!
car booked on qeeq was Hyundai Tucson but car was provided Hyundai Creta, called DRIUS rep to explain to him the difference in size and prices which was showing on qeeq site. unfortunately DRIVUS rep kept saying no they are both same type, size and price. i disagreed with him but i had to accept the car cause i had no choices. then i raised a complain to QEEQ with the incident. still waiting for case to be resolved.
The clerk at the counter insisted that we needed to purchase insurance even though I was pretty sure I already had. After picking up our car and heading to our destination I looked back through my e-mails and have an e-mail that states "avoid buying additional insurance at the counter" with a receive and proof of insurance. Upon returning the car, and bringing this, and the e-mail, to their attention they told me too bad and they would not refund me my 250+ USD.
The car was great, customer service was horrible.
The only thing I missed was the info abt the sunshine card which I paid for. The info was that you could go through all tollgates in without stopping.
The message behind the mirror that I should activate I missed for the first days which resulted in add. penalties.
Only waited a minute or so. Agent was ok, didn’t find booking at first and then nagged about the necessity of an upgrade despite it only being me with virtually no luggage.
Car didn’t have a sun pass sticker which was annoying as I forgot mine at home and needed to take a detour to avoid pay by plate on the turnpike

I didn’t use price drop protector but price was excellent
Checkin was smooth; but the pickup time was almost an hour as there was no car available. There was also no staff at the pickup point, so we just have to take the next car that was available when our turn was up. Condition of the 1st 2 cars was bad; we had to wait for the next available one.

The Drivalia rep was quite rude and unhelpful- really pushed daily insurance of £45 per day and not happy that I didn’t take it - did not know what fuel the car used and told me to look at the cap myself.
