Aircon didn't work ,but the car was clean, and economical

Helpful when I had to change the pickup time

Very slow as they spent considerable time with each customer selling additional insurance . They were relentless about the upsell of insurance..leaving me insecure about what coverage I actually had after purchasing the premium coverage through the booking.

I would have to have been advised that it was a pick up counter and not in the terminal.

The counter staff were lovely. I was very disappointed to have to pay extra for insurance.

The car was a bit old 97.000 km, and with minor dents and imperfections but it worked well and good enough for the price I paid

Very helpful staff at Dubrovnik. Would recommend. Great communication and happy to help us find transport after car drop off.

Car was very dirty on exterior. Employees did not have time to clean it up since demand is too high. Not their fault.

Was very busy at the counter so we had to wait for a bit. Nothing special. As always they tried to sell upgrades for insurance and car models, also nothing special. No problems at all with the check in procedure.

Got an even better deal because of the Price Deal Applicator. It works for you when you are busy doing other stuff. Best feature ever!

Check in was fast even with quite a few customers waiting. Car was absolutely spotless and pretty much brand new. Busget is easy to find in the airport and pick up location is easy to find too.

Au comptoir, il n’y avait pas la voiture que j’avais réserver, j’ai payé 80$ pour un surclassement. J’avais déjà payé pour la location et la compagnie m.a facturer en double et je n’étais plus dans le pays quand je m’en suis rendu compte. Plus jamais budget.

Staff was very helpful...When we are turning Tegel airport there are traffic issue...Almost 2 km outside of Tegel Airport policeman closed all roads and we wait there more than 1 hour...So we cant put bensin,because of check in time ...For 15 liter bensin Alamo take from me 67 Euros...Gas station is 1 km from Tegel...Anyway,its my fault but 4 euro/liter is so expensive...They called me,i explain them this policemans traffic issue but they cant help me...Anyway,it was good car and good firm...

The price quoted was extremely good however I did not realise that I would have to buy their car insurance as they would not accept any car insurance outside of north america so could not use the global coverage I already had and is accepted by every other rental agency I have ever used in Canada and in the USA. This increased my rental charge by about 65%.

Very helpful and pleasant East European man at pick-up point in the shopping mall. Had an upgraded car which we didn't really want - preferred smaller car. None of the nasty surprises we've had with other companies lately.
