The only thing I would recommend is to advise customers of the gas station locations for fill up on delivery dates. Other than that, it was an easy and pleasant experience to deal with this rental agency, to date.
90 minutes spent on pick-up due to long queue. Car was dirty from outside and inside. The technical condition of the car was not acceptable, brakes and suspension were making noise.

Shuttle driver was the only good part of the transaction. One guy at the counter. Acted like he was doing me a favor by acknowledging me. Even asked if my insurance card was real. No professionalism. Rented a Corolla, but received a Jeep. Okay, but was assured the low tire light being on was no big deal, it's a sensor, "we go over all of our vehicles before they go out". 1/8 tank of gas - really? First stop is the gas station. Get out on the highway, lots of bugs. No washer fluid! Guess their version of going over a vehicle is much different than mine. Last time I will use Routes.
After a long flight there was quite a queue (25mins) to be served, which was hard with a 2yr old in tow. I always seem to be “upsold” extras when collecting hire cars and your guy did a good job of upselling to me - mostly because I was tired and just wanted to get going. However the upgrade to a car with sat nav was very useful. The car was in excellent condition and good to drive. Communications throughout were v clear.
I had specifically rented a convertible. I was to pick up at 12 noon on Friday Sept 27. I arrived exactly on time. As i talked to the agent at the counter, apparently there was one convertible available, but a woman somewhere in the lot(Avis employee) told the desk agent that she was holding the car for another customer-an Avis preferred member. I informed the desk agent that i was also a Preferred member, showed him my account number, advised him that i had a reservation and was on time for my pick up. After some haggling between your two employees, i did receive my correct vehicle. That being said, I was quite nervous and about to get very angry if my reservation was given to someone else. Not acceptable treatment in my opinion. A person with a valid reservation and who was on time, shouldn't have to deal with such nonsense.
Waited a little longer then normal to get the car. Team needs to make sure the rental will be ready because they didn't even have the reservation in the system. Almost didn't get the car at all.
Good car presented clean. Collection desk was easy to find but the car was parked a few hundred metres from where the staff told us and on a different road. Damage easily visible was not marked on paperwork and had to be added taking up extra time.
Key drop off and final payment confusing and unclear, had to phone the office as it was unmanned on all attempts to talk face to face. The staff were also unable to clarify the situation and were no help.
I was fast to get to the Q and waiting time was quite short, but there were a lot of people after me.
Also they've charged me for 1 extra day (it's mistake, I've contacted support, I have a proof I was in time).
Wonderful experience! Rental process was fast; and return was customer service that was above and beyond thanks to Charlton, the agent the checked us out.

It was easy to book and instruction on where to go and documents needed to rent the car were quite explicit. Overall, a very good experience.
Dollar were very efficient and helpful. There was no hard sell on extra insurance or for the toll pass with the customer advisor suggesting we would probably not need it, which was refreshing.

The easyrental price was by far the cheapest quote so was not expecting much but the car was superb and the service excellent. Definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

Absolutely brilliant, and a bargain price for a one way rental - HOWEVER, the whole experience was ruined afterwards. I checked my bill I was handed when I got home and noticed that I'd been charged for ⅛th tank of fuel. The thing was the the woman who checked it in (a third party agent, not budget) didn't even check the fuel gauge. She handed me the receipt and said that's $56. I agreed to walked off. When I looked later it was for $83 - and there was a refuelling charge. I'd literally just filled it up before dropping off at the nearest gas station. I have all the receipts to prove it. A little bit of Googling it when I got home, shows this is a common scam. The check-in agents (as I said third party company) are on commission for extras such as gas tanks not filled. Most customers are dropping off and getting on a plane so won't look at the receipt, especially when the agent quotes the original price. Luckily (?) I'm going back there on Thursday so will be taking it up with the manager. It won't stop me renting from Budget again if the price is right but I'll be very careful when handing back.
