Super customer and easy upgrade.

Difficult to find rental counter as no sign and inside the building causing delay pick up but staff did not allow late drop off than original booking.

Easy in & out. I was upgraded to an SUV for no extra charge because they were out of compacts.

This was an older car but suited our requirements exactly. It was cheap, clean and performed very well. The person at Scotties who we dealt with was very efficient, reasonable and pleasant. I will certainly be making use of their services when next I travel to NZ

Wait Times exceed an hour to get the car

The car l pre booked was not available as my flight was late, l booked a SUV and was given a car Upgrade was offered at 45 dollars a day but l declined to pay anything additional pre book your own excess insurance Try and pre pay you tolls as Avantage will charge you 10 dollars a day when each toll is under a dollar

It is good, but we had to call to pick up and took meeting time little longer.

We did not get the car we paid for. I paid for a full size vehicle, Nissan Altima and was given a regular size Nissan Sentra. The choices we were given were all mid sized vehicles.

The car stank of cigarette smoke even though it states clearly you are not allowed to smoke in the car and will be charged for cleaning if you do. The moment we opened the boot we could smell it so Budget must have known about the problem. When we told them about it they said they didn’t have another car to offer us as they were a small agency. Terrible experience.

Everything went smooth however counter staff demanded extra payment as for further insurance fee.

As you don`t indicate the deposit asked by the rental company it is a factor client might choose another provider. They blocked ca. 1200 eur on my card which I think it`s too much especially when I need the card in a few days for another rental..
