We waited a long time for the lady to do the paperwork - this should be more automated. The car was clean but old. On the second day, the car wouldn’t start. It was initially hard to get through to Chilean live chat. When I did, customer service was not very sympathetic, even though the problem was with their car. They agreed to send out a jump-start service at our cost - for us to argue later with Chilean. They also agreed to switch the car, once it started - but I had to do a stressful drive across Santiago to their office which was closing imminently. The staff at that office were ultimately helpful. Not a good overall experience.
The vehicle was less than half full at pick up and needed to be returned half full which meant I lost out both ways as it is difficult to predict the correct level and I left too much in - should be full to full much easier
Clean and easy to navigate. Best is that AngelCar gave a refund on the excess diesel (had 50% instead of 30% on gauge) when I returned the car. Staff speaks English and are very helpful. Highly recommended!

Be very careful while boling thru this agency. They advertised on the QEEQ website that they have 3000 km mileage limit but then the fine print says only 200kms per day. It would have been good if they were clear upfront. Also these guys charge cad 1000 deposit which is very high compared to the others.
Also they didn't give the car with full fuel so while returning have to do a juggling act to make sure you don't underfill gas

The site could have been a little careful when checking what the fine print is so that it saves the customer from inconveniences. It always helps to have clear limitations of an agency
Il a fallu attendre 3 heures avant d’avoir le véhicule que nous avions réservé. L’assurance que nous avions pris au départ n’était pas reconnue par AddCar et il a donc fallu débourser 400$ pour en racheter une sans quoi on ne pouvait pas avoir l’auto que nous avions réservée; horrible expérience !

We had a terrible experience and got scammed by Record Go. We first waited an hour and twenty minutes in the line at the counter, on arrival. When it was our turn, they refused our Amex while on the QeeQ reservation the AMEX icon was shown to mention they accepted it (with a cryptic barely visible small print that some insurance was needed) They then made us take an insurance that was 3 times our booking price for a week! The most infuriating was that they accepted debit cards (which we had too) but the staff at the counter, even if they knew we wanted to try any other solution, didn't even mention it, to make sure we paid the high premium! This was a scam. And it's unfortunate because the rest of the service was good.

I love Qeeq.com, and its ease of booking and finding the best car options, including specially 2 features: the car being cancellable until 48h before the pick up, and auto-rebooking when the price drop. The help desk is also really helpful and fast to answer, this is perfect service.

Yesaway were amazing. The car was spotlessly clean (25k on the mileage). The staff at the handovers were very helpful, kind and efficient. Great communication with the team through WhatsApp to arrange pickups and drop offs. Nice touches in the car with phone holder, usb charger, and an umbrella. Thank you to all the team at Yesaway Chiang Mae, you were awesome.

I had a little tech hiccup with the platform that I couldn't see my booking in the app the night before pickup. I had email confirmations but not the voucher. Luckily the customer support staff I contacted on the app were great and resolved this very quickly. Thank you
