Been 1 month and still waiting for deposits to be returned. Been on website and says don’t chase us up for deposit returns. If you send an email it says manager will reply with 14 days. What sort of service is this it’s 2019 not 1944
Budget had the most transparent pickup process I have had in Costa Rica. Every other company I have used adds on extra insurance they say is required. The car was not ready when we went to pick up so they even delivered it to our house. Great experience.
GPS in vehicle has English setting but most menus are still Japanese. Could not use it even after attendant tried to show me how to use. Had to fill up the tank at their specified gas station and the only information given on it is a map code. It would be better to give more information so I could use Google Maps instead of being forced to use car's GPS.
A big queue and a long wait at collection was the only issue. Staff seemed very slow serving each customer. It seems more advanced preparation could be done as all bookings are done in advance, so why so much paperwork is filled in on the day, I have no idea!

it's not possible to call green motion for airport pick up. I called and waited 2.5hours with the intention of letting them know that we are arriving late but no one picked up the phone. No one picked up the phone either when I call for pick up at airport. We just have to wait at the airport for a bus to come around. This could prove detrimental if we were to arrive late at night. I told counter staff about this issue but they were not interested.
Overall is great, car is aware some , but the drop off location is quite strange, not clear ( they not sure whether in P3 or in the muticarpark as they are temporarily start to change the rental location. I spend more than 60 mins to figure out how to return the car in the right place, all the stuffs are busy,

Couldn't have had a better experience. The staff were lovely, the car was perfect and the price was excellent. I was there during a very difficult time (death of my Mother) and I was treated with such calm respect. I'm a firm fan of Apex now, and will hire from them for all future needs.

The car was in good but the car navigation system was not working. I needed to use google map to lead my way in my whole trip. I have raised a complaint to the Nissan staff when I returned the car and requested them to fix the problem before giving the car to the next driver. Overall, the Nissan staff and the car were good and I had a good rental experience apart from the car navigation system.
