I had booked this reservation a while back and the office had changed with hours. We weren’t notified and about had a heart attack when our flight landed and when we called to be picked up, they stated it was closed. Luckily, they had our car at the Easy Car Rental next door. The car also didn’t have working air con. But of a bummer!

In the beginning there was some misunderstanding about an extra insurance from Budget.

Really helpful and honest lady. No additional charges. Free coupon. Even advise on where to park n also where theres toll. U can even buy touchngo card from them. So convenient. Would rent again from them when im there. Thanks

Good service and i got a nice car

Not really, it's not different

They gave us a "similar" model. We ended up driving a ford eco sport wich was not spacious at all. Mitsubishi would have been more spacious.

Car was clean but had an ingrained smell of marijuana that we couldn’t get rid of.

Pricing was excellent.

Insurance too expensive at $17 per day, went online and $6.50 per day for $4000. X/C $300, if I had an accident would have to fight insurance company whether yours or mine online so may as well save some policy $$.

The small car wasn't available, so I was upgraded for free to a SUV. It was roomier.

This rental company is a nightmare. Took them more than an hour to pick us up. Dropping off was even worse. Service staff was incompetent and completely overwhelmed.

Excellent value and service, would use again

Counter staff could not speak English and was inpatient. Another staff who showed us the car used an audio for translation, that was helpful. Note the GPS was only partially English. Strongly recommend non-Japanese drivers to have a backup gps. We were a given sienna.

There is an awful lot of extra areas for making more money from cleanliness of car on return, extautionate rate if you get a ticket. Thankfully I did not have any issues on return. One really nice counter staff saved the day, whilst the manager was pretty poor on customer relations.

The chic car counter is inside the domestic airport which is not clearly stated during booking (only stated "in terminal", and i had to ask around before I'm directed to domestic. However, I'm not allowed in to the airport. Seek assistance from security to call the service staff who came out to finish the documentation process. The finding and waiting took a bit of time. Overall a high average experience, although the tyres seems under performing.

overall a fast process to get the car

My booking was supposed to be Model Guaranteed but they gave me an old Kia Ray (older than the one I booked with LOTTE months ago) instead of Chevrolet Spark. They didnt spend time to go through the GPS and car usage which LOTTE did when I rented previously.
