Overall a very disappointing experience. Pick-up from the airport took longer than expected and standing in the cold with a small child was not ideal. When then we arrived to collect our rental which was not ready and the customer service representative, Dinesh was incredibly rude. He tried to push the insurance and tolls quite aggressively on us and then tried to make us sign for the condition of the car without seeing it. At this point I refused, left the counter and waited outside. I then witnessed another member of staff bring our car round to the front and crashed it into a bollard denting the front number plate slightly damaging the front of the car too. This was witnessed by quite a few people and it was all quite ridiculous really. The car itself was larger than we ordered and very scuffed and scratched. The child seat had no infant insert and was ripped. The car itself was very economical with fuel and comfortable and on hand back the staff were much nicer.

The car smelled like smoke and was kind of beat up

We were given a bigger car than what we opted for and were grateful for that!

Had a fantastic experience with Yesdrive Car Rentals. The hire car was modern, spacious and clean and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We will definitely be booking with them again!

Very good platform and easy to use.

My flight landed about 11.15pm, manage to get the car by 11.45pm. Good service provided, car in good condition and clean. We return the car at town, but stuck in heavy traffic. Reached the center about 10 minutes late but the staff still Waiting for me without charged. I’m appreciate it so much. Thank you so much. Definitely Will back to eurocar again!

First time using this apps, cheapest price in town. Apps have reminded service, provide the pick up and drop off instructions and directions. Love it so much.

The car we had expected was not available so we had a free larger vehicle which was comfortable with adequate room. We could have had a bit more instruction on the workings of the vehicle as it had technology with which we were unfamiliar.

Drop off was confusing as the signage was not clear. Which parks were for which rental firms could have been much clearer. Booking was easy .

First of all they didnt have the ford focus I asked for, the man informed me they only had one which wasnt in use at the moment and havent been in use for some time.I didnt feel comfortable driving the clio so I asked for it to be change the man cleaning the car had no problem with this however the man on the desk did and started arguing with his colleague right for front of me he was very aggressive and unprofessional and it was quite scary to be honest

The pick up place was out of Haneda airport so had shuttle. The drop of place was also out in a different location

Hire was handled by Hertz so was very efficient

No Budget sign at the booth. In fact it was running by Avis. No one at the counter have to wait for sometime. Asking too many documents which I have never experienced. Once bought extra insurance things turned around. He became very nice. Blood face all he wanted was extra money.

Terrible wait at check in ( 1h30 min of waiting ) Poor Chinese car , no power of the engine

The car got hit from front, but they didn't repair it. Service light was always on but they told me it wasn't important. Oil light got sometimes on, i dunno why. They didn't want to inspect with me when I dropped it off. I hope they will return my deposit all back. They gave me a toddler seat which was 15 years old and all ripped off. If i didn't find a coupon which made my rent almost free, i would not work with them.

The office didn't have any car ready and had to wait for almost 60 minutes to find me one. I requested Honda however, they got me a Nissan. Staff are friendly but have to turn clients much faster.

Very good competitive prices, and easy to reserve. However, any specific / local rules, like putting a car reserve/ guarantee of $2000 on the credit card, should be mentioned this way we don't get nasty surprises of blocking $2000 blocked and can't be used for over 20 days. Even though my trip was only for 2 days.
