Very good rental experience - was in communication with Ran both before pick-up and return - made the transition process on both ends very quick and effortless - much better then the traditional pick-up and return process from one of the Big rental agencies .I wish my rental car experience went this smoothly for all my rentals. This was my first time ever renting a car. The car was in wonderful condition, drove very nicely, and had a nice built-in navigation screen. The pick up location at Kuressaare airport was a bit confusing because there is no rental counter, so I asked the information woman how it works and she said we had to wait for the driver to arrive at the airport with the car. The waiting was very stressful because I didn't know if they were going to show up; we got there 30 minutes early and the rental driver was only 2 minutes early from when we were supposed to pick up the car, which made paperwork and getting on the road take even longer than anticipated. Overall though, the experience was very good and the driver even helped us get back into town. He was very kind.

Although there was a dedicated booth for Budget, the notice on the counter referred me to Avis booth. The joint brand booth between Avis and Budget had to serve 4 groups of customers before my turn. The turnaround could be faster to save 2 young kids from screaming during the wait.

Rebooking function was activated once, which was greatly appreciated. However, the question raised during the initial booking (which since been addressed) was attended to again post successful rebook.

Car conditions aren’t perfect

Old high mileage car ie 136000kms and car condition reflected this. Staff very helpful, pick up and drop off buses very modern and efficient, helpful drivers.

Ambiguous emails received about what paperwork to produce at car pick up i.e. passport stated as being needed yet we were traveling domestically and live in the country. Customer service via chat line resolved the matter ie passport not needed, but didn't need that added problem.

Had tyre punctual on our last day rental travelling back to jb from kl. Text for emergency assistance. Lucky nearby found a workshop, and told the spare tyre is different size, cannot use. Text emergency assistance and was kept blaming is our fault to damage tyre and offer ZERO solution.

Great service, car was ready including child seats by the time payments where completed! Friendly staff. Child seats rather expensive, 2 seats cost as much as the car itself...

Counter service was quick and very helpful.

Best price available to choose from

It's a good rental company, at my last rental time I didn't have luck. I got one dirty car and my full-to-full gas contract wasn't respected.

Their office in Phuket is inside of arrival where I can't access so I had to ask security to call the staff to come out that made me waiting for more than 30 min. Also, the office is located at domestic airport that I had to walk there from international to domestic terminal with my luggage.

So far so good.

They charged me 250 as a deposit and we only received 71 because the made a mistake and never refunded us.
