Great platform and easy to use. Got a great deal and then price guarrantee kicked in and made ut even better! Could not be happier. Actually I could because I got upgraded from a small economy to a family sedan. Nice sweet ride for cruising the coast roads. Will be using again and higjly recommend.

The car is a bit old but driveable. The staff is helpful and friendly. We only take 10 min. to drive off.

This was our first time booking through Routes, and honestly will never book them again. We specifically went with them because we wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee. However, when we got there, we were told they didn't have any... Not just that they were all booked up, but that they don't even have any in they car registry. They gave us what they thought was of equal value.. a Kia. The the other sites I was looking at while booking had the same Kia's for quite a bit cheaper. But its want a Kia. The free airport shuttle took over 2 hours to pick us up, because they only had one shuttle and had multiple pick up locations through the Vancouver airport. It was also full when it drove by us... We called multiple times (3times) to inform we were still waiting. When we got to the rental building it was a old converted night club, but very very very busy. We waited another hour in line to pick up SUV.

As always Easyrentcars was amazing! The only complaint is we needed snow tires for traveling to Whistler from Vancouver, but no where to select the option. But other than that super easy to book, used the price dropping checker and got the SUV for a little cheaper.

This company was amazing. They gave us the choice of three vehicles to go out to the lot and choose between. They were all amazing clean and the little-no damages on the body of them all. The staff was amazing friendly and super speedy. There was also Sirius Radio! The deal we got for the SUV for 3 weeks was honestly unreal! My brother-in-law also rented a SUV from a different company and ended up paying triple the price!

I always find the best deals on here. I love that they include the option for full coverage. And have the lower price checker! We have gotten a lower price almost every time!

The drop off was a nightmare. We keyed in the map code as instructed and was lead to a point where we cannot find the drop off point. Asking people around us didn't help. The number given is not contactable. Had to call the airport branch and was asked to call the customer service number, and was then informed that we have to key in the phone number(which was different) into the gps. They then explain that we have to drive down to the basement, which was not obvious. Better provided information from the start would have helped.

Your site said a Rav4 or similar but the booking went through as a smaller ASX. Barely got the luggage in. The info that you sent to Europcar was for a certain size/class of vehicle and the Rav4 in in the next size/class up.. Sadly this is why I couldn't give you 5 stars. Everything else was spot on.

There are many wrinkles on the outside. But the inside of the car is clean Pick up and return the car, convenient, fast

Goodprice and easy to use

I wanted a jeep Cherokee. But they dint have any and "upgraded" me to a Dodge ram 5000. Which I didnt want because I spent over a 100 dollars on gas for such a large vehicle with only me as a passenger. The other option they had was to take a small sedan, but they won't refund the money for the larger booking I did. Since I didnt want to degrade, I took the ram. It was helpful because it snowed and I had a very safe drive. But the jeep would have been d same and I would have saved some money on fuel.

Staff were great and professional. The car that was given to us was the car we chose during booking.

万全プランで契約したが、対人対物の保証が判らなかったのでAlamoで加入させれた、AXAの保険で対人対物も対象なら余計な保険に加入させられたのでは？ 対人対物の保証があるのか分かりずらいので困る。

Car was supposed to be medium sized SUV but couldn't even fit both of our suitcases in the back. Otherwise it was fine, although not clean when we picked it up.

Have used Easyrentcars.com several times and except for one time we had a problem, it has been a good way to rent cars for a very reasonable price, compared to other rental companies. You just have to read the terms carefully and make sure the rental car agency you end up with doesn't upsell you without your realizing it.

Line up took over 1 hour, paperwork was slow, car was very small (Mitsibushi - Mirage).

Because the vehicles were limited we were given an SUV and there were no changes in the rental. It used more fuel obviously however we were more comfortable so the trade-off was well worth it.

I've used Easyrent before and they do a good job preparing you so you can avoid additional charges or inconveniences.

There was a long wait time to get the car key after the registration is complete. None of the staff cared about telling how long it is going to take to give the key.
