i was waiting for more than 30 mins at the counter but no one was there. after calling the customer care, the staff came and argued with us regarding the waiting time. really unprofessional. secondly the car had worms inside. we found like 4 big ones. really disgusting

El único inconveniente que tuvimos es que los asientos de los pasajeros no tenían reposa cabezas y para un viaje tan largo es muy molesto además del peligro que conlleva ante un accidente. Por todo lo demás, perfecto.

The car was almost new, very clean and modern. The car category was as expected. The manager was polite and professional. It is a bit hard to find the office, you should call, they are not in the same building as famous car rental companies

It is a real pain to book a car from the app (Samsung galaxy). Credit card month and year just cannot be sent, and you have to chase for the proper value for hours: you start scroll, and it stops only on the first/last value. You're happy if your card expires on 12/2024 or 01/2024,but if not, prepare to the very annoying game for 5-20 minutes, and try not to break your phone to the wall. And that particular deal was available in app only...

It was very hard to get to them. Being a visitor, it is not easy to land in a foreign country and being expected to call the car rental to get them to come pick you up. This process needs to be thought through.

Very nice and almost new car.

Habiamos reservado un Fortwo, al llegar nos lo cambiaron por un Hyundai I10 y al final nos entregaron un Fiat 500 con 50.000 Kms. Nos hicieron firmar una fianzade 1.209 euros que ya nos han devuelto y otrocargo de10,80 euros en concepto de upgrade y cargo de oficina mas impuestos, cosa que no se nos habia advertido en ningun momento.

Easy and fast booking process

The car was clean inside but outside was dirty, pressure washed that didn't clean very well. Car was function but old 5-6 years at a guess.

Was hard to figure out who you were renting from. The facilities at christ church were less than acceptable the toilet was dirty and just not tended too. Staff were ok but pushed us aside when an arrogant Chinese party turned up an took over and took our ride back to the airport so we had to wait another 30 mins.

The counter staff team is amazing.They are really the best in class
