Car was super and the staff were excellent, especially as they had no internet! Great customer service.

I had an issue with the booking process so had to email to check the booking. Response was quick and helpful so full marks for customer service there too!

Excellence service. The lady driver very helpful and friendly. She assist us to pick up our luggage at locker area and drop us at airport. The guy that at the counter explain the contract with us and speed of pick up and drop off process very fast. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

It is an excellent experience to rent a car from you. The whole process is short and clear. Within 5 min I am on my way to collect the car. On top of that I have some saving due to rebooking the car at the lower rate. I am highly recommended others to book from Easy Rent Car.

Price drop protector work very well.

So happy Advantage was still open so we could pick up our car since our 2nd flight was cancelled and rebooked 6 hrs later. I was able to call to make sure Advantage would still be open and a car would be available and also reassure my husband we wouldn't be stuck without a car. We had to extend our time with the rental car and Advantage was great to work with. We kept the car for 5 more days. The only negative was the smell of the car. Previous smokers, I would imagine, permeated that stench and the smell seemed to get stronger everyday.

Easyrentcars was easy to work with and the price watcher let us know it found a better price and saved us $53.

Booked a car and got confirmation for a Sunday morning but Europcar was closed. DO NOT REPLY ON THEM. This is insane and shouldn't happen.

Glad the customer service could help and tried to call Europcar but without luck.

The car had a bit of damage and the lady on the desk was very dismissive and would not acknowledge the damage so I took a photo. She did not like that. I took the vehicle anyway and expected issues on return but no problem at all. On return they wee aware of the small dent on the car. Would have been easier if this was marked up on pickup. However overall no problems and would rent again.

Easy to book and very happy - reliable and trustworthy

Great comfortable and spacious car. We walked from the station to Arnold Clark to collect the car, they would have collected us if we had of known. They did drop us off after drop off. Great friendly counter staff ready to assist.

Great booking platform with good cancellation options.

The car was great to drive, spacious and comfortable. The staff at Green motion were good, friendly and helpful. The vehicle did calculate to a little more than I budgeted for but it was well worth it in the end.

Your cancellation policy is excellent and your platform for booking really easy to use. Insurance description/s however are not clear as we needed to daily premiums at Green motion which we had not planned for.

The representative at the counter kept telling me that EasyCars went out of business and wanted to charge me a higher rate. At return the charges were correct. Also car needed new windshield wipers.

Disappointed. There was rubbish from the previous driver at the boot seat compartment . And urine smell in the car. We bought an lemon air refresh put in the car. You should check before handover to the next customer.

I would have rather rented at Thrifty, you put me at Fox, there were hidden fees and crappy cars with more hidden cleaning fees after I got in the car. I will never rent at Fox again!

staff is very helpful & polite... the rental is also reasonable. They provide shuttle service from Klia 2 to rental center which located at Klia, the shuttle driver is a kind uncle... all the procedures are smooth and fast, i get my car within ten minutes... i will choose this company next time if i want rent a car again. THANKS SURIA!
