We waited more than 2 hours for the car. The car we got was smaller than the one that we booked online. Customer service say they will try to exchange a bigger car for us the next day or 2 but it never happen. They didn’t even bother to call us when they are not able to exchange the car for us. I was waiting for their call but did not receive any during our 4 days rental.

The booking platform is easy to use. The process was fast too. I received email confirmation within a few minutes. I even received email from them a few days before the trip with instructions on what to bring and look out for when collecting the car. Even though I did not get a cheaper price through the “Price Protector”, as the price was the same, it’s nice to know that someone is monitoring the price for me. When I wrote to them by email about waiting too long collecting the car, someone from the company make the effort to call us to check if everything is alright. I highly recommend Easyrentalcars for anyone looking for a good car rental deal with excellent customer service.

Bidvest was awesome and gave me a free upgrade to my car. Great service but did charge an additional admin fee which was unexpected and should be listed in the price or notified of before accepting when booking on EasyRentCars

EasyRentCars should try to get free upgrade cars at budget prices if available to help there customers. Also excess amounts charged are very high compared to other providers so should be reduced. Also bidvest charged an additional admin or contract fee which was not indicated at the time of booking on EasyRentCars app

Need to take taxi or Uber to the pickup location from the airport, not very convenient

Quite pricey for just a basic car, but I guess that's how things go over the Xmas season! Overall, the service was great though. The car was nearly brand new and ran well - exactly what I needed.

Service is good. Explanation is thorough but I don’t get why we have to sign a document stating that we don’t smoke in car. This should be included in contract instead of signing another paper.

Easy to use. I like the full insurance provided by EasyRentCars which is actually much cheaper than those provided by the car rental company.

スタッフはフレンドリーで事務手続きも早く、ストレスを感じませんでした。車内清掃はしっかり行われていない印象でしたが、比較的新しいサンルーフ付きのSUVで、機械的な不備は一切ありませんでした。嫌な臭いはなく、エアコンもしっかり効いたので、全体的に満足です。

車両検索から予約までとても簡単でスムーズでした。リマインダーのメールの頻度やタイミング、価格が下がった際の保証サービスまで含め、とても良いシステムだと思いました。また利用したいです。

Great service, despite booking via third party. Even explained which policies we did not need due to part of eayrentcars booking.

We arrived closed to midnight and we have to wait for at least 15 to 20 mins before the staff turned up and when finalized with the booking, almost closed to 0030 the Christmas Eve. Other than slow pick up of the car, others seen alright. The drop off was quick and easy, as it save me lots of time for my flight check in.

Counter staff very friendly and helpful. Car booked was delivered rather smooth and fast. Overall very satisfied with National.

The car had a low tire from the moment we got it. We were told that it was a configuration problem, but it wasn’t.

I've ordered a car with full petrol deposit and it was almost out of petrol. There wasn't any water for cleaning the mirrors

Thrifty very kindly changed my pick up and drop off location from the International to the Domestic terminal without charge.

I saved $500 on a $1250 rental by using Easyrentcars. I paid $750 total.
