Booked a large suv but got a outlander which was not as big as planned as they had run out of large. After getting round the luggage difficulties we found this a great car and very economical. Tripz were excellent and a third of the price quoted by hertz.

They have a trick to over charge toll invoice by charging +18$admin fee on top of toll invoice. f you think you save money because you chose ace instead of other suppliers during booking, you ar badly mistaken. Never, ever come back to them.

The car i got was a rather high mileage Holden car not the Mitsubishi as advertised. Aucar looks to be a very small company with a limited number of cars, I had no issues with them.

I was told to bring car back with a full tank but it was only 3/4 when i received car.

Thier system was too slow and they charged 19% surcharge on top mentioning its a location charge on Airport. Had to wait for almost 40-50 mims to pick the car.

Overall process was good and easy, it is really cheap price than others. I would recommend others for sure.

We got ourselves a brand new car model and it felt clean on the exterior and interior. We enjoyed the ride and we will definitely choose Budget again!

Easy booking process and great platform for comparison of car prices. The platform also provides additional discounts which is great!

Overall good. We have been charged for extra 4l of gas at the end (though we refilled to full 3kms from the airport). Time at the counter was longer than necessary (comparing to other renters, which seem more efficient).

Car was great. Due to heavy traffic on our return we did not have time to fill up the tank. Interrent charged €18 for the fuel which is acceptable then a further €50 penalty for not returning the vehicle full. Very angry at this unreasonably high penalty. I will not use them again.

I'm really upset because I paid three times what s been to me in the "said I'd pay, in the contract said I already had insurance with the price I got and finally turned out it wasn t true and they changed my car, it was actually an abuse, they didn't give me what I asked for and pay a lot of money

Staff are friendly and the airport shuttle service is excellent and drops you right off at the airport so you don't have to drag luggage from the airport car rental drop off to the actual check in.

The international fees surprised me as the prices listed were in AUD, so be aware that they still apply

The car was fine & customer service once we got to the pickup office was good. We waited for around 45 minutes for the shuttle bus to come to pick us up at the airport. I kept calling the number provided but could never get through. On my 4th attempt at calling I finally got to speak to someone who told me that the bus would be there in a few minutes. Even then we waited another 20 minutes before it actually arrived. Drop off was the same. Had to wait at least 30 minutes for a shuttle bus to take us to the airport. I suggest more shuttle buses more regularly.

No complaints with Easyrentcars. Actually I must point out that the couple of occasions I emailed them with queries they came back to me straight away.

車を貸し出すのはスムーズで早かった。傷の点検などは一切なし、サインだけすれば終わり。車は最初の車は綺麗で良かったが北島で借りた車は最初、外観は泥だらけで汚く少し狭い車。返し終わったらタイヤのホイールに我々の身に覚えのない傷がついてたとメールが来て追加請求あり。最初から汚い車だったので本当に自分たちがつけたのかも怪しい。車の中に忘れ物を確実にしたため見つけたら取りに行くから連絡をくれと言ったが結局連絡は来ない。最悪でした、2度と使いません。

Once we got served, the service was great - novel approach to establishing car condition at start of rental. They took photos of car exterior and sent them to me on what’s app.

The counter of europcar is on international part of the airport. If you come from domestic flight, you need to change airport (2min walk)

Overall was excellent, just the PIC was too defensive during explaining the car risk & liabilities. Maybe the PIC can be more relax so customer will not think too much on road risks.
