It was easy to find the counter. Staff was so quick in explaining conditions of renting that sometimes it was hard to remember all. He gave us everything , explained rules, we signed and while I was making pictures of car he ran away . I think staff need to give a little more time for customer to look through the car. Also the fuel that was already in tank, was poor quality, because it ran out much faster than it supposed to After we got 91 we had a chance to compare.

Easy to use. I even had to contact customer service, they also helped. Sometimes there was misunderstanding in the list of driver's documents. Somewhere it was told that only driver's licence is needed then I received email where it was said that driver's permit is needed ( that's why I had to contact support service and then make a call to a renting company to make sure).

Email didnt say to ring or tell us where to go when we arrived.. Everything else , perfect..

The bond money should not be such high amount. Even in-print of credit card should be enough I think... Thank you for your valuable services anyway.

It should be more easier to change or add drivers name in the system. I had to cancel the booking a few times to change the details. What a waist of my time! I will much appreciate if you could consider about the matter above.

They finally gave me a better car for the same price so I could have more space. I always rent with them and always glad of their services !

Car was good Waited in line for 20 minutes It took a long time to get from LAX to Thrifty, because the shuttle went to Dollar rent a car, which wasn’t close to Thrifty.

Fue el único lugar que di la targeta y a los pocos días había un intento de uso fraudulento para sacar USD (estaba en Mexico). 100% que hubo un intento de clonaje de la targeta. Mal uso dadas privadas por parte de algun trabajador o zero confianza en la protección y privacidad de los datos de los clientes.

Really clear and easy way to book a car on line.

At pickup: we were shortly after 20:00 hrs, so Autorent claimed a penalty of €35,-- for helping outside office hours! We did not get the car without paying €35. At our hotel we got the message that they forgot to handover my my driverslicense; I had to drive from Albufeira to Faro to pick up my drivers license. At return of the car the checking man was so helpful to drive us to the airporthotel (instead of shuttle to airport). Happy with that (saved a 16 min walk; we had no luggage then).

Happy with your service, at booking and to help by emails. I cannot find the way to credit the 1250 points which you mention in the email. What can you do with that penalty of €35?

Pickup service and process was seamless. Drop off was also seamless, however the counter staff that accepted my return, forgot to tell the shuttle driver I was waiting at their depot to be taken to OOL airport. As he was unaware I was at the depot, I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for his return, before getting picked up. The counter person almost wanted to blame me, for taking a seat, which she suggested, while I waited for the driver the first time he went by the depot. Otherwise everything was easy and seamless.

Was offered an option to upgrade to SUV (Ford KUGA 2.0) by paying EUR5 per day. Happy with the upgrade!

Awful service Didnt have the available care despite me ringing to confirm before hand I had to wait 2 hours for the car I booked and it was in terrible condition

Picked up from cruise terminal Miami to Miami Airport in a comfortable bus... And free.. Pick up location was quick and given a choice of 6 cars to choose from

Best deal I could get anywhere on the net by a mile.. Next best was about usd 400 higher for car hire from Miami to New York including all insurances and one way drop off fee.. In total we had the minivan for about 17 days

Absolutely terrible direction signs for drop-off in Terminal 2 (instead of Terminal 1). I did a few laps looking for a ride.

Speedy collection of car and very polite staff.

Great value. Was a little hard to find staff in the parking lot and on check out we had to highlight several more scratches and dirt on the car but this was not too problematic. Giving it back went quite smoothly.

Prompt service. Up sell of insurance is annoying yet not totally surprising. A certain amount of "would you like fries with that".

Didn't see Price Protector in action. Slightly disappointing.
