Good discount option for hire car

I was initially given ford focus but AC was not working and there was bad smell. They did change the vehicle but they were not sorry about it and I had to waste 2 hours of my time there. Moreover, they want initial vehicle to be have 100% fuel even though exchange of vehicle is not my fault. About the second car - it was good.

Neat and clean

Clean car. The first car I rented had engine trouble, and they delivered a new one very quickly. Very impressed.

The car booked was a Porsche Cayenne and I was disappointed with the age/condition of the car. During full lock of the steering wheel, the car kept making a low whining sound. The stereo/radio unit was damaged and was clearly glued back several times. The aircon vents were also damaged. Overall, I was disappointed in this car rental

Counter staff were fast and courteous. The car was parked on the street and ready for us to drive away, although it was a different make and model than the one shown on the booking - same vehicle class though.

Car broke down. No car replaced. Roadside assistance helped to towed the car. We help to pick up the car and return the car once it was repaired 3 days later. We are promised no extra charge. But end of the day, we have extra charge to my cards. And case is still investigation with europcar

The staff at the Thrifty counter told different conditions from a call center representative so we tried to explain to the call center and it didn't work. So we spent wayyyyyy extra money on this rent. Totally unsatisfied.

The car was Fantastic very comfortable for the travel back to Melbourne from Queensland. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Very easy to book and done quickly

The vehicle was in very poor shape. Check engine light came on shortly after picking it up and the car shook at random times. I ended up returning the vehicle because I did not want it to break down during our vacation. Was not offered a refund or any sort of compensation. Ended up renting from a more reputable company with a much better experience. Front desk staff were also not very helpful with my reservation nor were they responsive to these issues. Very poorly run business.

Was more than happy with the both at pick up and drop. The lady behind the counter was friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. The upgrade to a larger and more spacious car was an unexpected and pleasant surprise.

Great service in Katowice Europcar. I will go for smaller car next time as I felt it went through petrol.

The car was in a very good condition, it doesn't have a smell which is what I hate with rental cars. Yesaway has very good deals, didn't spend to much on a 2 weeks rent. Loved the experience, we will come back to them agaim.

The company is a fraud!!! No one answered my calls and they did not provide the car even if I paid it in full in advance! They have no counter and no one answers at any of the phone numbers!

The car given was a brand new Opel Grandland X. Fully loaded car with great comfort of driving. The landy at reception counter was very prompt and cooperative.

Excellent service. However returning of vehicle is slightly time consuming as I had to wait 30 min for the employee to reach the place of handover. Would be easier for me to drive to their office rather than airport?

When I picked up the car I was asked to pay a $500 charge inclusion surpass and a deposit on the surpass. At pickup the man told me that the deposit would be returned in 20 days. I was also told that the device to pay the deposit was broken and I would need to pay in cash. I said that I did not have that amount in cash. The next day a charge was on my credit card for the amount. I contacted them today for the credit and in a limited conversation was told that it was now 45 days to receive the credit. I am very concerned with the policies of this company.
