a little bit disappointed that i booked for a small SUV but upon collection the car they didnt have the SUV type and gave us a economy car version instead. We specifically choose an SUV as we needed extra space and more comfortable car for long distance travel for our roadtrip. Although the received alternative car is in new condition, we feel very uncomfortable to travel between places cause the car abit small for our needs.
Simba exceeded expectations. Everything about them starting with pickup from airport to their office till return of vehicle was amazing. the staff was super friendly .

대체된차가 i40에 준하는것인지 알수가 없어서 불편했고, 받은 차가 주행중 차량점검이 필요하다는 메시지가 계속 떠서 주행중 불안해서 전화를 했더니 별 문제가 아니라고 했지만 찜찜해서 렌터카 업체에 방문하여 차를 교환해 달라고 했지만 차가 없다고 해서 다음날 다시 방문하여 차를 교환했다. 차량은 잘 점검이 되어 있어야 하겠다.
Il noleggio è andato abbastanza bene, mi è capitato un inconveniente per cui sono stato costretto a contattare l'assistenza stradale e cambiare l'auto. Successivamente ho dovuto prendere un taxi per arrivare in aereoporto a Verona per poter prendere un altro mezzo, mi è stato detto che la corsa mi sarebbe stata rimborsata ma questo non è accaduto mai.

The rentals for Routes are provided by Allied. After arriving at the San Juan airport you need to call them to send the shuttle for you, it was very quick process.
At the rental location it was very busy, many people waiting for cars, it was moving slow. We were informed that our rental was not returned yet by previous renters (we needed 7 seater) and they don't have another car for us so we need to wait for it to be returned. After inquiring again we were told that maybe renters will decide to keep the car longer (?). and we might not get the car at all !!!! After more complaining they suddenly realized they have a car for us on the lot so eventually we got it. All the process took almost 3 hours . During the return it was even more crowded, they tell you just to leave the car and go, (by the way on their front door specifically says NOT to leave without receipt and closing your contract) They just didn't have enough people working there, they were overwhelmed by the situation. WE were renting right after Christmas so very busy season but still they should be prepared and organized better.
Refuelling condition was supposed to be full to full but they maintained they only do same to same, which is not what my confirmation stated. The staff was uncooperative.
Nice and neat car. Spacious for our luggage requirements. Relatively new vehicle. No queue at the pick up counter. The only downside is that the car pick up counter is located at the basement at a location away from the airport and hence it was inconvenient to reach there with so much luggage.

Will definitely use Qeek (had a very disappointing experience with klook). Nice surprise to get a small refund for low price promise but best part was support when I needed to amend booking.
When our flight was delayed the office was closed with only an answering machine. Next day they did not do anything to help (due to their poor English skills it was hard to communicate and negotiate with them).

Given the holidays pick-up took longer than expected but it was easily solved by their partner company.
The contract was signed in a rush and before inspecting the vehicle which led to the extra step of writing an email and making the drop-off staff aware of the original state of the car.

Booking is easy, price porctector never came up with anything better. At the end was pricy but good
When we arrived there were no other customers and one desk staff. I approached the staff member and was told very abruptly that they were with someone else who was out looking at vehicles. It was a long wait for the other customer to finish and a long line developed and even though other Hertz staff were present they didn't start helping, even though three of them were involved Ina discussion about a birthday. It took about 50 minutes to get the car.
The car had a good number of miles on the odometer, but it worked well functionally. Only issue was a passenger side wiper blade that needed to be replaced as we encountered a lot of rain.
