The two ladies at the europcar in Toulouse airport were friendly, professional, patient and helpful. More than happy to help even gave us a weather update and fully informed us of Covid restrictions. Lovely to be looked after by two charming young ladies.

They informed me they were looking for price changes even though not available.

Car was an upgrade at no charge! Excellent condition. Enjoyed the ride.

We had the inconvenience of having to buy AdBlue at a cost of £11 we forgot to ask for a refund when dropping off the vehicle .

There was a technical issue when booking (something that Europcar system was not connected to yours). I tried the next day and it worked.

As always, the staff at BUDGET NCL Airport so pleasant and friendly. Cannot fault their customer service.

Terrible experience. We booked a car for 12pm, but did not receive a car until after 14.30pm. 2.5 hours of waiting with 8 other people who had also booked cars with Ilha Verde that were not available. This was so frustrating, and I had 2 small children that were going nuts in the airport trying to wait. And we had to wear our face masks the entire time, unable to breathe in the hot airport terminal. After 2 hours of waiting and not getting any information from the representative, another employee came to tell us the owner had been trying to save money by cancelling the insurance on some cars during the pandemic, so they were waiting for cars to be be returned and cleaned before they could be given to us. Terrible experience, would never book a car with them again.

They have charged me for protection on the car that means I have a bill for £411.90 I expect a refund

Everything was clear at the moment of booking and I have even been upgraded to a better, much larger car, which was very exciting! No problems whatsoever at the return.

Booming was smooth and easy, all was clear, looking forward to booking again!

Customer service representative spoke fluent English as well as french. Check in was quick and simple. Car hired was almost brand new.

The car was probably. slightly smaller than Id expected but that was offset by it being a premium class. Skoda octavia size was booked and we were given a Mercedes b class.

SUV was in terrible condition with nicks and dings all over it. Maintenance light was on when we got it, and inside of vehicle was dirty. Got $5.00 off the rental when signed up, but paid almost $6.00 in foreign currency charge. You need to let people know you are in a foreign country.

The Thrifty/Hertz representative was wonderful! The rate didn’t populate the QEEQ app reservation discount and she applied it on her end. The representative even upgraded us from a standard compact car to an SUV, complimentary!

I've booked intermediate vehicle which was shown Skoda Octavia but instead you,the agent book with enterprise compact vehicle. I was with big bags and boogie so I had to pay extra for upgrade to bigger vehicle.

Surprising rental than the one made at Venice airport. I had rented a Peugeot 3008 that was not available at the airport, the "Budget" attendant handed us the keys to a brand new Audi A8 quattro ...... for the initial rental price. This is what I call “service” Thank you for your professionalism.

All good - service from AVIS on drop off and pick up, however impossible to contact desk by phone at another time when needed!

I was given a golf instead of a suv- counter staff told me this was better but I couldn’t fit my suitcases in, and wanted an suv. They said they didn’t have any, then gave the lady behind me in the queue the car I had booked (mokka). A golf was equivalent size to a fiesta and I could’ve paid a lot less to hire an economy car. Really bad service.

Qeeq tried to resolve the issue the next day and managed to get budget to offer an exchange for the car originally booked. However I was by this time 600 miles away from the pick up location and not willing to go back, when it was their error. No refund in price difference has been offered.
