Will definitely use Qeek (had a very disappointing experience with klook). Nice surprise to get a small refund for low price promise but best part was support when I needed to amend booking.
When our flight was delayed the office was closed with only an answering machine. Next day they did not do anything to help (due to their poor English skills it was hard to communicate and negotiate with them).

Given the holidays pick-up took longer than expected but it was easily solved by their partner company.
The contract was signed in a rush and before inspecting the vehicle which led to the extra step of writing an email and making the drop-off staff aware of the original state of the car.

Booking is easy, price porctector never came up with anything better. At the end was pricy but good
When we arrived there were no other customers and one desk staff. I approached the staff member and was told very abruptly that they were with someone else who was out looking at vehicles. It was a long wait for the other customer to finish and a long line developed and even though other Hertz staff were present they didn't start helping, even though three of them were involved Ina discussion about a birthday. It took about 50 minutes to get the car.
The car had a good number of miles on the odometer, but it worked well functionally. Only issue was a passenger side wiper blade that needed to be replaced as we encountered a lot of rain.
Top quality car and service. A little difficult with locating the car park for drop-off. Instructions could have been shared beforehand. Really good experience overall.
Pick up and drop was quick and easy. Car was new and perfect for our trip, opted for a larger SUV so that we had a bit more comfort and was super happy with the price and glad we made that choice.

Bonjour nous avons eu un problème non pas avec le véhicule upgtafé ( payant) électrique mais avec l'impossibilité de recharger aux bornes car il faut télécharger des applications uniquement disponibles sur le store NZ. Donc on s'est retrouvé coincé à Hamilton avec l'obligation de retourner à Auckland et de changer de véhicule pour du diesel !!! En revenant à l'aéroport ( une journée de perdue) le personnel d'Europcar à reconnu que l'information pour obtenir une application spéciale permettant de recharger aux bornes pour les non résidents en Nouvelle-Zélande louant chez Europcar ne nous avait pas été transmise. Pire, le jeune homme au départ nous avait dit qu'il suffisait d'une carte bancaire pour recharger aux bornes partout en Nouvelle-Zélande, ce qui est absolument impossible. Reconnaissant leur erreur, ils nous ont donné un Pick up ford Ranger diesel à la place, très bon véhicule mais dont nous n'avions pas vraiment besoin pour 2 alors que nous souhaitions le remboursement de la journée perdue pour revenir à Auckland avany que la charge de la batterie ne soit épuisée. À noter que nous sommes restés plus d'une heure au téléphone avec l'assistance europcar avant de décider de retourner à Auckland et que les 3 personnes qui se sont succédées ont été incapables de donner la bonne information et de résoudre le problème. L'upgrade nous a coûté plus du double et nous sommes vraiment déçus que leur erreur n'ait pas été financièrement prise en compte. En revanche, rien à dire du côté de qeeq.com dont le service et l'application sont formidables.

Collection was easy, only thing not happy about was that when I book I was told that I didn't need a credit card but I did and was charged extra for insurance
Poor. No petrol cars only an electric with 50% charge. “No charger” claimed. When I picked up the car a charger was right next to it. They couldn’t be bothered. Range supposedly 158 kms for a 194km journey. Rubbish it lasted 60 1/2 hour wait and I supposedly had 170 again it fell so fast (no heater no radio in eco mode) I had to stop for another 1/2 hour and by the time I reached the airport I had 16 left. Awful.

Really frustrating. In the app have to have magic pass to sign in but when you sign in it asks again and round and round we go it pushed to the website NOT within the app. If it is some kind of user error then the site is not intuitive

During my recent experience with Thai Rent A Car, I encountered a notable issue regarding vehicle features and customer service. The car provided lacked a basic reverse sensor, an amenity I had anticipated would be standard. Upon realizing this, I promptly contacted the customer care team to inquire about the possibility of upgrading to a vehicle equipped with this feature. Despite my willingness to pay extra for the upgrade, the response was disappointingly abrupt, with the representative informing me that no alternative vehicles were available.
However, this information proved to be inaccurate. I later visited a Thai Rent A Car location in person and discovered that there were indeed vehicles available for upgrade (7-seater options). While we did not require a vehicle of that size and therefore did not proceed with the upgrade, this discrepancy in information was concerning. The initial interaction with the customer care team over the phone was not only unhelpful but also misleading, as they did not make any apparent effort to check for available alternatives before declining my request.
