Excelente, pero aparte una Sequoia, pero me entregaron una Tahoe, que según yo no es comparable a la Sequoia. Sería comprable a una Suburban, pero por la Suburban e querían cobrar $50 USD por día adicionales

El auto olía a cigarrillo TERRIBLEMENTE!!!!, al recibir el auto muy buen asesor, al entregarlo regular la atención!. Los horarios que aparecen en la web, no coinciden con los reales!. Y lo peor, no contestan los teléfonos!

Deben actualizar los horarios de atención, y la dirección, están erróneas!

La espera para recoger el auto fue de 4 horas, totalmente desproporcionado. Solo tenían 3 personas atendiendo para más de 100 esperando, y por lo visto es la práctica habitual de esta compañía.

El carro se nos dañó (no encendía) 2 veces por batería, eso nos estresó bastante y nos retrasó los planes de las vacaciones y es algo prevenible de solo mantenimiento. Deben ser mas cuidadosos con ese tema

Great app. Was a little concerned due to some reviews, but contacted them and they were so kind and solved my doubts. Definitely would make a rental through the app again!

Clean van, every thing worked really well. We reserved a few weeks in advance but it took us about 45 to get our van. This delay could have been avoided.

La persona que estaba en el aeropuerto al comentarle de la reserva nos comentó que no había autos disponibles que solicitáramos un reembolso y rentáramos en otro lado, al molestarme y exigirle el auto o que me comunicara con su supervisor fue cuando ya nos dijo que si estaba el auto por lo que me pareció muy mal de su parte, otra persona si no hubiera presionado se hubiera quedado sin auto. Al segundo dia la beatería del auto se descompuso por lo que una persona de ALAMO tuvo que ir a cambiarnos la batería a donde estábamos, de ahi en mas todo bien.

Excelente costo, fue el mejor que encontré en la red y muy fácil de utilizar.

Staff at Roissy airport agency very unpleasant and not accomodating. the car was very dirty (seats dirty and dog fur inside) and car body very damaged (10 existing damages). at middle travel, the car had a lack of oil so we have to find europcar in Brive for filling.
