Car was actually issued through HErtz so car was an upgrade which was good. However the contract i had was for unlimited mileage yet HErtz wrote it up as 200kms per day. HAd we gone over our limit we would have had to argue about this. Hertz were supposed to email us a copy of the rental agreement but never did.
It can be a bit tricky to locate the pick up counter if you are an international traveler as the counter in inside the domestic arrival hall. Locate the information counter in the domestic airport just beside the international airport to start with.

Car had a faulty indicator from the beginning of the hire - only noticed when we were on the road, and the counter closed when we left. Car was also displaying the warning spanner sign - service 600km overdue. Not really what you want from a rental car. It also had a very poor 1st and 2nd gear change - stiff and difficult to engage.

Didn’t get the car we’d paid more to get & tried to give us a smaller car that wouldn’t have worked for us . Didn’t advise us of the £15 ( $30 AUD !)London congestion fee at both pick up & drop off and couldn’t really say where that as well as the low & ultra low emission zones were .
Counter staff really helpful. Really fast and close to where you check in for your car. Full explanation about the car given and whenever we arrived with the car they just as fast.

Good model car, friendly staff, but car had a couple issues:
- One of the wiper blades came loose on highway
- Car didn't have enough coolant and gave engine warning. Topped up with water myself.
I was given a different car than the one I have rented it’s a lower quality, I had to wait over one hour because my flight was early and I was told by the staff that I was delayed because I rented through QEEQ specifically because they have issues with QEEQ I had to be penalized by waiting more than one hour
- Customer service was very proactive in reaching out once the booking is confirmed. Along the way till the collection, there was regular touch point to finalise my booking to add snow tyres, etc rental etc
- Pick up at Airport which is very helpful. They were in contact to help me locate them
- No counter at the airport, handover was carried out at the carpark
- Handover was in Tokyo at my hotel which is very convenient
- Rather surprised and disappointed with the condition of the car. Rather old, lots of scratches and just look unappealing
- Performance of the car was average. The car lacks power and it is especially challenging in Japan's hilly condition

The car was just what we needed. We love having a hybrid for travelling, they work just as well as anything else. Plenty of room and so economical. The guy whom we dropped the car off to was a great guy who was really friendly ....just the person you need as your front person.

The rental process could use some improvement, the waiting line tends to be long and moves slowly. But the service from the agents was great, they were friendly and professional

They don't have early morning hours. I dropped the car off at 7 am (which isn't that early), but they don't apparently open until 9 am on Sunday. So I left the car parked in front of the door and put the keys in their drop box. I then needed to hire an Uber to take me to the airport. Which needless to say is very inconvenient. On Tuesday I get a call asking where the car is as it was supposed to be dropped off on Sunday. They also tried to charged my credit card even though they had the vehicle. Apparently, no one checked their drop box. Nor did they recognize their vehicle. Will not use this outfit again.
