Good car: VW Golf, best car in it’s class. PickUp was a little extensive. Also, the insurance via QEEQ (AXA) raised some eyebrows, and took time to consider and discuss. But overall fine.

Very pleased with the insurance offered (AXA). This made the overall rental via QEEQ very cost effective relative to other rental options in the respective time period, while combined with relatively good coverage. Overall website experience was good, all worked smoothly.

Got an even better car then the one we booked. Staff was extremely helpful.

I am feeling ripped off because the excuse for the high cost of renting a car was because of a shortage of vehicles compared to the demand. But the car lot was full of cars both at pickup and drop off. So the shortage seems to be no loner the case. So fox and other companies are keeping the high rental charges artificially high now. That is my perception, and why I rated it a 2.

No complaints about qeeq, other than the price shown by qeeq site was lower than the fox confirmation, so we were not sure what the real cost was going to be. So I called qeeq, and the agent explained the difference.

Would always rent with Europcat again. Most friendly service in Landshut/Germany and when you call customer service very friendly and knowledgeable too

Great customer service. Process was fluid and painless. Friendly staff. The lady was polite, interpersonal, courteous, and provide quick service.

I had to wait over an hour and a half to pick up my car on Friday 2 July at the Nice airport.

We booked a Dodge charger. However, when we got to Thrifty, they did not have a Dodge Charger available. However, after reviewing our booking confirmation they were able to locate a Mustang GT at a different location. We appreciated the efforts made to get us a satisfactory vehicle. the whole process did, however, take considerably long that we planned for since we had to wait for them to get the vehicle from a different location.

Everything was as expected, and better than last time when they were out of cars for a while and we had to wait.

Easy system to use. Good prices. Car was reliable and A/C worked pretty well even in 110-118 degree weather!

Only 1 Thrifty person on counter, Sixth had 4 people on the adjacent counter. Poor signage for car rental at airport. No sat nav on car nor I phone connection

El coche muy bien, pero a la hora de devolverlo nos pusieron pegas ya que las horas de entrega eran muy restrictivas respecto a horarios del avion.

The worst customer service ever. Over 3 hours to pick up the car. 1.5 hours to drop off the car. Staff unprofessional and rude. When we called with questions regarding faulty key drop off box the record go agent called us liars, shouted at as, put down the phone and refused to answer any further calls. .. all the time knowing we had a 3 month old baby with us.

Directions to the car hire location were incorrect and we had to walk for over 40 mins to find the record go office. No assistance was offered.

rent the the car from fox the agent offered the upgrade but didn’t explain the fee clear enough I ended up paid 325$ on top I already paid qeeq app. very disappointed ☹️
