Car had damage to front wheel that was noted down, even though quite evident, Luckily got the exit staff to note on my departure, tank was only 7/8 full and dropped to 6/8 just after I left pick up location, took the SD card so no sat nav, comes as standard so should have been included on a K group car

Different car what given. Expect a hybrid but was given petrol. However it is a nice car to drive.

This was the worst car hire I have ever had. The booking stated that the pick up was in the terminal but this was not the case. We had to go on a shuttle bus which is not what I had booked. The car was in poor condition - lots of dents on the outside, and on the inside, the radio had been removed, the phone charger didn't work, the brakes squeaked loudly and the car shuddered when I drove it. Really awful and I will not use this company again

Windshield water tank was empty but everything else was good. Would be good to do all admin work inline in-advance so to pick up the car faster.

The car had mechanical problem. The cat vibrates non stop whenever the car go over 60 MPH. Told the return agent and they did nothing about it. , they didn’t even said they sorry for my experience.

Qeeq easy to use and Price drop amazingly reduced the original already cheep price even more. Full-to-full and unlimited mileage was a bonus.

Nice guys, were personable and everything went smoothly, however they almost charged me for the rental even though I had already pre-payed. It could have been an accident however.

Nissan Micra with 50.000 km of mileage didn’t manage to go up some hills of Acores islands (just on first gear). It’s better to take stronger engine.

Left mobile phone holder in car, called straightaway but Thrifty staff did not find it. Very disappointing. So what happened to our holder???
