Great car. Better than expected. Helpful staff. The only problem was wrong information on where the pick up point was. Stated "In terminal" Not. It was near the long stay car park 15 minutes walk down the road in the cold weather.

I really appreciate the help and very good service that Mr. George gave to us. He reply immediately when we have question and he is very polite. I highly recommend to rent a car with Surprice Rent A Car, car and service are very good.
The car had faults - steering vibrating when at speed, oil fault, tyre fault light came on intermediately. The smell from cigerettes, masked by chemicals which were overpowering
I exchanged the car due to the above
Not so good:The car made a terrible noise when accelerating from after shifting gears. Note that it had 163000kms on its clock
The front seats were all stained.
Very good: the car was comfortable and drove fine everywhere for 5 days. It had heated seats and heated wheel a nice bonus in november
Counter staff was helpful but I would suggest if they can print bills and receipts in English rather than in german for tourists. Also if they can provide courtesy car service for pickup and drop off would be amazing.

This company is a joint with Europa Car. They are located on the second floor of the mall. They location can be hard to find, so look for the EuropaCar local.

Y prepague la gasolina y me cobraron como si fuera una suburban
Sentí que me robaron, y me molesto que te retienen 20,000 pesos por cualquier cosa

Primeramente me entregaron auto que no tenía gasolina. Además estaba sucio, incluso hice broma de que íbamos a tener que ir al Car Wash.
Tuve que volver a que me cambien el auto.

Nunca me entregaron el auto que reserve, a las 4:45 pm me dijeron que no tenían una auto para alquilarme y me dejaron tirado en el aeropuerto sin ninguna solución, tuve que alquilar el auto con otra empresa

The worst experience I ever had with a car rental agency ! The agency indicated was closed and I have to search another one in the city.
At checkout they charge me 1200Qtz for a damage I Don't do ! It was pure scam. I will never use Hertz Guatemala again.
