Hobart Airport has changed the Avis car pickup location. Currently there is no signage for the new Avis location

Well I just booked because of pricing . I am familiar with quality and ev problem . Only point pickup at the airport is slow .. but .. for the price I was paying .. it was great

Only issue was on the drop off, staff did not know how to get to our hotel (on airport) and also I had two chase up emails asking if I had returned the car

Only one person working behind counter when I returned car. There was a lineup, I had to wait about 40 minutes.

counter staff could not have been helpful practical and friendly, giving us great advice on where to go locally - advice that we followed and were pleased to have done so. Super straightforward on the dos and don'ts including the unique aspects of a Cornwall country lane. So far as I can see the price was way below other Penzance car hire.

I had to extend the reservation, qeeq was unable to do this, For 2 days I was unable to reach anyone via phone at the Hertz station, so I had to DRIVE there in order to change the reservation. Very old fashioned, not good service….

The Car was very good for our needs and was faultless.... Collection was appalling, was waited about 90 minutes which was not great, a number of customers didn't wait and took cars from other rental companies and demanded refunds the Budget Line was excessive even if they had "staffing Problems" they knew how many cars were due out at that time and should of been prepared - Customers are sick of the "Covid" excuse and that's what it is an excuse

We didn't get the model we booked but the Hyundai was okay.

Car was great. Easy to pick up car and no long lines.
