We got a Nissan 5-seats X-trial instead of the Honda CRV 7seats we ordered. The car seats are full of stains, especially the back row, don't even feel comfortable placing our personal belongings on it. Fortunately, no one needs to seat in the back row. The customer service was better than expected after reading many negative comments about them online. No proper instructions on drop-off point, the staff said to search KLIA airport blok D in google maps but it cannot be located!

Car was good.Counter service slow but maybe a lot of people arrived at same time.Pick-up staff were a bit offhand saying help yourself we’re too busy to show you to your car..

All good especially as I had to change pick-up time.Your agent was very helpful.

Please make sure to have more then 2 employees working at the counter, the waiting time on the evening of the 5th was almost 2 hours!

Booked mid size and upgraded to full size. High mileage car but drove smoothly

Suzuki Baleno is not a good car.

It worked as it should have.

The car had rubbish under seat and in back

Had to wait for counter staff who were not 100% sure ref the car type & options

Nuestro vuelo se retrasó a la llegada, pero no pudimos avisar porqué ni siquiera nosotros sabíamos que iba a estar volando más tiempo de lo indicado. Llegamos 30 minutos más tarde de lo previsto y por ello nos cobraron casi lo mismo que el alquiler que pagamos por el coche .

I was expecting newer car I had car with unserviceable boot and damage body I picked up the car 2:30 in the morning and couldn't see the body. Thanks god I bought full cover insurance otherwise I would have to pay total repair. Really the car body was just a damage

Very quick pickup and prompt travel from and to the airport.

We had to wait to get the car as the car reserved for us was not returned by the previous hirer in time. The Enterprise staff was courteous and arranged a car for us and gave as an upgraded car.

Best service. Slight delay at pickup but otherwise perfect
