The car was larger than expected. The car had a minor fault for 2-3 minutes in the automatic transmission, before it corrected itself - a little bit worrying. We reported it to Europcar and they will investigate.

The trip and the vehicle was excellent but the East coast Rental question me about where I paid money too. Even now they contact me that they are having an investigation upon my rental. They said that if they won't get their money from you guys they will charge my credit card with a full amount of $300+. If you could please sorted it out.

Le temps de récupérer le véhicule à été un peu long je suppose qu’il n’était pas préparé la carrosserie était encore mouillé mais cela ne m’a pas gêné
Satisfait du service Hertz Cependant ayant eu un dommage sur le véhicule bris de pare-brise j’attends avec impatience comment va se régler ce sinistre

The car was nearly new. The staff was professional and courteous. Pick-up and drop of was relatively quick. On drop-off a thorough inspection of car was conducted by the staff for any damage to the vehicle.
