We ordered a Pejaro but got an equivalent: Fortuner which met out needs. At one time we had five persons with 5 golf bags and 5 hand carries and there was no problem with space. One of our friends returned the car at departure hall and called Thai Rent A Car staff. It was convenient. We returned ours at Floor 1 Gate 6. It was complicated to get there as there were no helpful signages. Perhaps it might be more convenient to allow customers to return at the departure area.

Convenient. Got back with confirmation promptly. We had to cancel a previous booking on another platform because they got back to us outside the promised 24-hour window, in fact long after 48 hours.

The counter staff at Mascot were friendly and very helpful. The windscreen was a little dirty on the inside from a previously attached GPS and stickers that had been removed.

I should be notified if my car class changed and the vehicle is not available (I spent 2 hours waiting)

The woman at the counter at the Nashville airport was excellent. She was the only one working and there was a line. She was very efficient at checking customers in and getting them on their way.

The reservation has the wrong drop off location, they messed up the contract. They charge us the deposit and suddenly they decided they dont have a car eventhough the luggage was already in the car

Terrible experience

It was really hard to get there as we got there by our friend car (we didn’t use the airport bus service). Customer service super friendly and gave us car which we kindly asked for :).. Clean and in good condition. Everything went well and for sure we will use this company again.

Awful company. Every single customer waiting to pick up a car had problems. Very bad customer service. They charge me twice for the insurance. The car was in a bad condition inside and outside. The only person who was helpful was the guy who will give you the car Andrew, the rest of employees they just want your money but they won’t help you or explain anything and they will threat you if you want to cancel the booking telling you that you won’t get any money back so you are stuck with them

When I complained about Economy Car they said that they will help me to get my money back for the insurance that I had to pay twice. Still in the process but at least they will tell me what is going on with my booking. Good customer service

Top quality rentl car company. Car supplied was a 5.7L Dodge Charger V8 Hemi, great for the road trip but a bit thirsty round town but nonetheless memorable experience.

Third time I've used QEEQ this year and 2 more bookings in the pipeline I am very happy with their service and their price point in these difficult times

All in all a very good experience. Would book again, and would recommend.

The car met all my expectations. It would be nice if they supported touchless delivery like they do for gold rewards members.

Got the Old car (Old model more than 7 year ago). The car doesn’t support any new infotainment system (ie. Apple Carplay, Andriod Auto) or bluetooth connection.

Made a booking for a hyundai i30 or similar, got a suzuki baleno, which is similar in size but worse off on the fuel economy. On the road, the car struggles a little on the Tasmanian hills and upslopes, but smooth drive overall. Handling was okay, transmission sometimes shifts up a gear for no reason which results in over revving, which is a known issue with this car (it was discontinued) Came with an android-auto/apple-car compatible touchscreen interface, so you can save on getting the satnav. Boot space is generous enough for a big luggage and two smaller sized baggage. Europcar service staff was good, had a pleasant experience.

Qeeq offered the best prices for my dates. Worth to get the diamond membership if you are planning more then a few car rentals as the discounts offered offsets the upfront costs. Mobile app has exclusive discounts.

Hertz staff were great at the counter. Although a nearly new vehicle, it had very noticeable damage and dents to it which the garage staff said had not been previously recorded. They did offer to change the vehicle.

QEEQ were great for ease of use and price.
