should warn that cannot pay at counter since if use own credit card to pay does not show rentedt car for insurnace purposes shows qeeq not dollar car ental charge and cannot pay drectly at counter like others ie priceline.

It would be very helpful if Qeeq offered more comprehensive online rental contract management. For example, the ability to request rental extensions online would be a great feature
Car was certainly used; many dents, scrathes, and star chip on the windscreen. Stereo speakers were lousy. There was a very loud rattle from the forward end of the vehichle.
All noted at end of trip and they said they would report them to mechanic.
Car ran fine and did the job comfortably.
It would have been helpful if the counter staff in sydney had told us about where to drop the car in Brisbane. We found the drop off point off airport quite by chance, which saved us driving to the airport unnecessarily.

We waited 1 hour and 15 mins before we even got to the counter. It was an awful experience. The staff at Budget LaGuardia were rude, loud and dismissive. They shouted behind the counter to each other and to customers. The couldn't care less about customer service or satisfaction. I don't understand how they operate on a daily basis.
