Easy to pick up and drop off, and the car got the job done in the end. I do wish they'd had what I'd booked (a hybrid vehicle), but unfortunately they didn't and were offering me alternatives that cost more (Tesla) or were tiny two-door electric vehicles that wouldn't fit me plus my luggage. Had to go with a full petrol option instead.

Easy to use, had to update my booking once (pick up time) and had no troubles

El coche muy cómodo y vehículos del año como siempre caracteriza a alamo, tenía algunos rayones pero nada que afecte el funcionamiento del vehículo. En realidad es tercera vez que los utilizo y son totalmente recomendado.

Counter staff not particularly friendly and not really helpful when we asked for advice on returning car and avoiding traffic limitation zone. Drop off was straight forward.

I got an upgraded car because the one I had ordered wasn't available. The collection and drop-off service was timely and excellent. It was quite a long walk from the terminal at Newquay airport to the collection point so bear this in mind if you have mobility problems.

Car was smaller than expected. Waiting in a queue for over an hour to collect the car was totally unacceptable.

Easy process throughout

Easy process and great price. Didn't gain from the price tracker but good to know it was going through the process of checking

The night manager was very kind to upgrade our vehicle to a nicer car. However, because of the late hour of pickup no one walked the car to check for exiting damage, which there was on the front driver side of the car. I called to report the damage to corporate and even had to take the car back to the pickup location because no one would answer the phone at the lot. Upon drop off the Hertz Rep acknowledged that the damage was preexisting and note it accordingly on her held held device.

It quite small plus on sunday they close too early which is quite disappointing so ending up booking an uber to airport

No the price protecting didn’t help at all

Really good. I got a bigger car than expected- Fiat Tipo estate. Easy to find the counter for Alamo - a little bit of a walk to the rentals lot (same for all agencies at Bari except for Sixt which is a tiny bit closer than the rest). Everything was smooth and easy. Drop off was hassle free.

I’ve been very happy with QEEQ and prefer to book my cars this way now. I’d tried to book with Sixt (via QEEQ) and for whatever reason they canceled my reservation. QEEQ called quickly and sorted it out. Quite happy with the customer service.

Is there any way i can track my deposit refund? how soon will i be able to get my money back ?

The deposit over the counter of $250 was not mentioned at the time of booking and it was a surprise for me to pay

Autostred hae charged 50% me additional money without any explanation

East Coast car and services are good. Wast Coast located inside the car park, there is no sign which is visible from the street, it is hard to find.

Checkin Counter staff's responses were curt, speaks w minimal eye contact, no greetings, no smiles, no 'thank you'....simply bored with her job (?) Overall, unapproachable & checkin was unpleasant. In contrast, Checkout staff were courteous & professional.

The car was fine. Some information that we got from the pickup desk wasn’t what we got from some others along the way (called Thrifty for oil change info & added a driver). Could have been clearer and easier
