It was a great choice to rent a car in Fiji as it gave us total freedom to get around. Taxis are plentiful but also become expensive when traveling between villages and tourist destinations. The Nadi Europcar team was awesome and the whole experience was hassle-free.

Booking is easy n smooth. Still not sure how The Golden Membership works. I m assuming all my car rental bookings via QEEQ will be covered by Golden membership (PAI) which I had paid for a year membership, but for Hertz booking, I will need to pay extra to get PAI coverage, which is confusing.
The car we had booked was not available but we were given a better model which was very good. The only problem I had was that the car had previously suffered some exterior damage and when I asked for a damage report in order to prove that this was not caused by us they were unable/unwilling to provide this.

About AVIS:8.0/10
I've been charged twice, despite paying you in full on booking, Avis have also charged me. A case has been raised and you are dealing with it, but it's inconvenience and worry I could do without and has tainted the experience.
The agent who liaise with us was very friendly. It helps that they contacted us in advance and able to liaise via WhatsApp, so made communications very easy.

Counter assistance was poor and sold me additional insurance level that I had covered in booking on pre text of tolls Tried to contact to cancel following day but no service at Marriott in International drive and no desk ar 2nd location in International drive. This should be updated not there since covid apparently
Excellent screen system at pickup. Very helpful lady.
Drop off in Phoenix went very quickly but transit service to the airport was a nightmare. Very nearly missed my flight. Would have done if I hadn’t dropped luggage in advance. Unacceptable delays but not Alamo’s fault.
