I was running late to collect the car so I contacted Europcar directly and they said it wasn't a problem due to my pre-paying but when I arrived at the counter there was a problem as the car was no longer available
The car exceeded my expectation, however they mentioned that I NEEDED to contract the SLP insurance, so I got a little confused about the contract.
Inspite that factor Alamo is an excelent company with new vehicles.

Difficult to found the counter, fortunately the information desk help to call the staff because my Thai SIM card not working , the man hand me the car was very helpful.

The car was old (Mitsubitsu ASX )and it use a lot of gas。Car power poor。although we are late to return car,but the staff do not remind us the closing time of the drop-off location ,we drive to there, was closed, the hotline is busy, finally we need drive to city drop-off location to return the car,Yes,I know it is my false, but if the staff remind us the closing time, we can save more time.
Great, but it should have the choice to include the tolls when the customer is doing the choice. I'm still waiting for the 224$ refound. I dropped off the car on January 9th

The car is very good. The check in service staff was helpful and able to provide with little details.
The checking out staff is however less helpful and overcharged me for 2 minor issues. 1 is the a slight scratch at the bottom of the bumper and the 2nd is a dent near front passenger door caused by another car parked next to me and had already disappeared. He insisted that I caused the damage because i did not report to police which I do not know how since I did not even noticed the dent until much later. He charged me 4800NT for a damage that can probably be fixed with less than halft the cost and because I have to catch the flight back, I agree to settle so that we can move on.
Anyway, I need QEEQ help to recover the ridiculous amount.

Very good, except that if QEEQ can take care of the insurance better for those who puchased the premier package, it will be fantastic.
When I picked up the car, IWS make it clear that I have to be responible and paid up front for any incident. I find this troublesome.
We have not got the car we booked for. I was told that the car we booked is not available due to Christmas holiday. And they offered me to take Suzuki swift instead at the same cost. We explained to them of many luggage problem. They told me to rent another Suzuki swift and pay additional cost.
Firstly we wanted to take this offer but another driver forgot to bring original driving license. So we have only one driver. This driving two cars offer is not possible. We checked with other car rental companies but they have no car available as well
We were upset and looking for other option such as flying from Auckland to Wellington directly on that day and cancelled all other booking we made such as hotels and touring programs which we booked and paid.
After spending more than an hour to find solution at nearby car rental booth there was another customer who heard of our situation, he kindly told us that he was offered Susuki swift option as well which he took it but he returned to change the bigger car after he went to the garage and he found that there were some big cars in parking garage.
So we have a hope, we returned to the booth and asked the front officers in begging manner to check the available car, luckily they offered us the Mitsubishi Triton with cab and fiber back covered trunk. This car is suitable to carry three people and all luggages. We took this offer which charged at the same price we original booked.
We delayed three hours in car rental situation so we have to skipped some program to catch up the rest.
It was shock and upset situation for us which are foreigner tourist. we would like you to find the proper solving problem in future
