The online booking was easy. The shuttle from airport to car rental place was a very long wait! We saw many other shuttle companies multiple times before ours showed up- which was disappointing- the driver was super nice tho. When we got there the people at the desk wanted our insurance policy for 3rd party rentals- which I got the email saying that BUT what they didn’t say was for how much! We had $100,000 covered but you wanted (and only provided this info on a sign when we walked into the car rental place) you wanted $300,000 and I believe not many people have that much coverage for a car rental b/c what car are you renting that cost $300,000! Therefore for us not to be stuck at the car rental we had to pay MORE money! Which was not in our budget!

Great customer service by the lady who assisted us. She was very helpful and even offered a holder for the phone which we can use while driving.

Uneventful booking experience. Better if they can give more bonus points for SQ Krisflyer booking.

The instructions for contacting for picking up are frustratingly unclear and unhelpful and could be updated to say, go to the end of the international terminal, out the door, and wait for a van with the logo xxxx. There was no phone to call for clarity. I then missed the first shuttle.

I rent a Kia Spotage and first they wanted me to have a mustang then I asked for a Kia and brought me a Toyota with 59,000 miles . OLD and not nice . The employer was not kind .

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent rental experience I had with your company. upon arriving at the rental location, I was provided with a significantly smaller car than the one I had reserved and expected.the reservation clearly stated that I would be receiving a [hundyi elentra , or similar categories , which was essential for my trip due to , luggage space and comfort. Unfortunately, the vehicle provided to me was not suitable for my needs and its smaller. it happen a conflict between the qeek company and the hertez company .

Unfortunately, the vehicle provided to me was not suitable for my needs and its smaller. it happen a conflict between the qeek company and the hertez company . i contacted qeeq on whatsupp and they told me to provide the agreement between them and hertz wich is not logic by me to be the communication channel between the two companies.

It was a bunch of crap. I pre paid for a small car and they said they didn’t t have one because of st Patrick’s day. They then make me pay $80 over what I already paid for the car they switched me into. Normally when this happens I do not pay an up charge for the vehicle they want switch me into. I had no choice as this rental location required off site pick up from the airport and there were no other rental car companies near by. Felt totally taken advantage of. I don’t think they even applied my area payment to the rental. When I tried to dispute the charges I was made to feel as though take it or leave it. This was a terrible experience.

The car I got was not the model shown in my booking. I had to drive back to pick up point to request to change to another car after picking up the car as alert "Low Tyre Pressure" was lit on car's control panel. Later, the car they replaced was in very dusty and dirt condition. In addition, alert "ad blue low level" was lit and I have to refill the ad blue by myself on my way after driving the replaced car for a few hours. Fortunately, the rest of all was working fine.

Smooth and reliable with competitive price.

The car we got was the make and model we booked. Though the car was a bit not so perfect in both internal and external condition, safety and reliability were satisfactory. No extra insurance was sold to us over the counter after I showed them my AXA additional cover that I bought together in my booking.

Not only the price is competitive but also reminder they sent to you before picking up and dropping off your car.

Watch out they are trying to find the damage on the car which is really unnoticeable

Efficient and easy to use.

My experience of car rental in Malta turned out OK. On collection of the car the rental company charged a location fee I was not aware of. The car itself was disappointing, very damaged inside and out. Seemed to be an old car, 65000 miles on the clock, not normally what you expect with rental cars. Other than that I had no problems with fuel or any other aspect of the rental, lots of reviews for this company in Malta were not very good, I did not have a problem. Qeeq got the location charge returned when I got back.

Qeeq were good with this rental, I queried the location charge as it was not stated, they hot that refunded. I like the qeeq portal it is easy to use and very informative.
