The car was in excellent condition with only about 3000kms on the clock. The GPS was a must have.
We only had a couple of issues with the GPS trying to get us to go up one way streets the wrong way. It also put us into ZTL zones. The issue I have with this is that when looking at a GPS on my phone it warned us not to go into these areas.

Easy to book and great service. We were told in the booking that all tolls were covered but this was not the case in Italy and caused a lot of confusion at toll gates.
The car was a free upgrade. Very nice and spacious. Unfortunately, Hertz counter in Memmingen airport opens a little late for our flight. We arrive at ~7 am and the counter used to open at 7:30 which was fine. Last time someone showed at 7:50 and told us they actually open at 8:00. This will leave us to wait 1 hour to pick-up the car on future bookings.

Super awesome price tracking feature. We got to save 22% on what we were willing to pay when we booked.
“Hertz makes business on reported damages more than rentals itself. Very unfair!! Never anymore.”
About Hertz:7.0/10
Terrible company. Staff at the counter extremely unpleasant and not providing the right informations during the contracting process.
The detailed condtion of the vehicle have not been sent by email and the paper delivered at the desk was reporting 15 damages only in German.
I parked the car in a garage and never on the road and I have been charged for a 1cm (!!) scratch, that I did not cause, on the alloy wheel for 280 Euro. ... cheating on the customers to make money in this way. Horrible commercial behavior. Never anymore Hertz in my life.
Counter staff was helpful but I would suggest if they can print bills and receipts in English rather than in german for tourists. Also if they can provide courtesy car service for pickup and drop off would be amazing.

Excellent customer service and clear information on car rental and insurance policies. Also good prices, hope this doesn’t change in the future when business picks up.
Definitely recommending Qeeq for car rentals.
I told the staff that I had to go to Switzerland and paid Euro 35 for travelling accross the border. I understood that part and paid.
I was told the car had most likely the required sticker for going across the border, which it did not have and I paid Euro 40 at the border.
When I returned the car I was told I had to pay an addional 52 Euro border fees, which was all in all very disappointing as my currency is South African Rands which is x 20 in other words I had to pay
R 1840 in addion which is a lot for me !

The offered car actually was below my expectations - hardly BMW X1 can pass for a Medium SUV! I was able to collect the hired car some 40 min after the requested time, mainly due to some problems with a customer before me on the HERTZ counter, still it leaves not a good feeling. My pre-booking requests for cross-border were obviously not known to the HERTZ counter employee and the booking process had to be re-done again after I've realised the above fact. My request the cross-border fees to be paid on the completion of the rent, since these plans were preliminary and actually got changed during the rental period remained unanswered. This fact is actually strange, since the Customer should pay only for the services he requested for and were actually used. A cross-border fee should be paid only if the border crossing was actual, not when only declared as intentional and subject of a change. Last, but not least - ALL documents were presented on German language only!No English version for non-German citizens!

Checking with you now but hertz
Did not hold the cars booked when our flight was delayed by 6 hours and we had to rebook with them through you
Don’t understand why not given we paid and were arriving charged more and are trying to charge 75 euro for not bringing the car back 100% full when it was over 90% full and cost to top up would be c 10 euro

Initially good but follow up was difficult after hertz let us down
Took 3/5 hours to rebook which was stressful
