Like: Bit slow on pick up of vehicle as counter was busy but still out in less than 20 minutes. Car had some damage but it was well documented on the paperwork and drop off was very fast and efficient . Found staff to be very friendly and helpful. Dislike: No complaints, little concerned about damage but turned out to be no priblem
The car was a damaged tiny Peugeot, as the fiat had “ a windscreen problem” took 2 hours to get to the advisor at the desk as they didn’t organise the line. Not the best experience with them.
The car was as hoped. Counter staff tried to sell larger vehicle which was unnecessary. They were almost dismissive of the insurance I had and tried to sell me more which was annoying.

The car was not a jeep compass enten thugh there was several at the Pick up spot. There was 5-6 damages, the first staff member had a lot of pictures of the damages. And when I returner the car, they wanted we to pay for One of those damages.....only because I had several pictures of the car from the Pick up date, I managed to get through the drop off circus!!

After over an hour wait to get to the desk, we found out they didn’t have the car we had paid for or an equivalent. The fiat 500 wasn’t quite the Mercedes we were expecting. Worst car hire experience ever.

После возврата машины без каких-либо повреждений и замечаний, с полным баком и в точно оговоренное время с банковской карты через несколько часов был снят замороженный депозит. И это при условии наличия страховки с нулевой франшизой. Так что пока приходится расценивать этот досадный инцидент как элементарное мошейничество.
The car was not premium class as booked. They did not have the Mercedes I originally booked and gave me a Kia instead. This should have been another premium car but anyways accepted it.

All great and awaiting for their customer support to assist on a refund for being double charged for one-way fee.
The vehicle had warning messages and was damaged on 3 corners!
We asked if there was a mapping system at the counter and were told no - so paid extra for a GPS system when there was a GPS in the car!
At drop off there was no one at the counter and we had to call and wait for someone to come - he was then very cranky.
All in all a terrible experience.
We were given a car with a flat tire. Tire pressure light immediately came out 15 km after we left. We filled up the tire each morning for 3 days until it got really bad. Brought it to the Verona airport to exchange cars and they insisted the tire wasn’t flat. I told them I just filled it up 10 minutes ago so we could get there. They then charged us for another whole rental which cost more for 3 days than the original charge of a car for 7 days. I paid for two car rentals. I tried to have them think logically saying why would I drive out of the way while on vacation to exchange a car for the same thing or lesser if there wasn’t a problem. Sure enough as they argued you could see the tire got flat. They never even apologized. It was an extremely unpleasant experience

About Maggiore:5.3/10
I felt this Tiburtina location was a little more shady than the other one in Roma Termini. The employee told me he was going to give me a White Fiat 500, but then he gave a Blue Fiat Panda (which is a bigger car with less category) so he can charge me extra.
We have had very serious trouble with charges from Maggiore amounting to many Euroes. The reason is that Maggiore did not register our car properly (we ordered a BMW 3-series, but was given a 1-series - that was to small for us. Thus we changed to a Audi Q3 that was OK. But the person that got the BMW that we should have had was speeding and somehow the car was still registred on us... I have now received a fine from Italian police from a person driving a BMW at a location that I have never been. I was climbing mountains at the same time... The Maggiore will have to reimburse med for all the fines they have charged direkctely to my credit card and have to contatct italian poice (V/90746490X/2018) to have them cancel the fine.
Booking, car, drop off all very good. Staff at Maggiore counter trying hard but understaffed, failing systems and lost paper work resulted in a wait of nearly an hour before we got the keys. Then they were clearly under instruction to sell insurance extras, which annoyed customers and caused even longer delays.
