The pickup and drop-off are seamless. The staff at the Zurich Airport are very attentive and provide good service.

Return instructions was a little unclear. Charging instructions could have been added as we never drove had an electric car before.

Too much about this diamond tier at the booking stage, confuses the whole process.

The staff at pick was extremely nice, we had 4 large luggage, so we booked VW - Tiguan which showed around 600 lit boot space, but as a similar car was promised, they gave us AUDI Q3, which had a slightly smaller boot space, but the person tried to arrange for another car, but as it could have taken time, he helped us with storing the luggage in the same car. It could show how much effort and pain he was willing to take to make our experience seamless. I am really grateful to him, this trip could never have been possible without that gentleman's held. Thanks to him, Europcar and Qeeq.

The service from Europcar at Basel airport was superb. We were a little concerned because we had been offer a higher spec- but automatic car, which took a bot of getting used to. Staff at Europcar showed how it should be driven which was helpful.

QEEQ worked better than expected. All went smoothly, and we also got a small rebate due to a price reduction.

The guy at the counter was superb. Friendly and easy going. The car that i had was a brand new car with 10km mileage only!

Excellent service - I'd suggest you provide the return address as it is not clear and cannot be found easily on google maps - I had to do several loops before finding it.

We got quite a sizeable upgrade, and it really made the trip lovely and convenient.

Got Škoda Superb which was in mint condition. Loved driving around in Switzerland. Great experience
