CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON EUROPCAR AT BANGKOK SUVARNABHUMI AIRPORT, BKK

The car broke and we have to call 10 times different numbers explaining each time the issue. Some people on phone were only speaking Thai ! We lost 4 hours in the hotel waiting for people coming to repair the car and could not do what planned ! We had no refund from the Europcar

Bigger car than requested. New condition. Easy process for picking up and sending back the car.

Very easy to use.

Like: Easy pick up and drop-off. Right at the terminal door.
Dislike: Car was a bit old with lots of small damage. Mechanically sound but not the best condition.

Like: Just return from my trip to Bangkok, i decided to rent a car and drivi g to Hua Hin. A nice, clean car with a good air con and entertainment. Easy to pickup and easy to dropoff at Suvarnabhumi airport with a easy to understand instructions.
Dislike: I just think that the car i got (toyota vios A/T) is consumtive on gas, meanwhile in my country (indonesia) vios is one of the most gas saver car.

I picked up the car little early so had to wait but still my car was delivered to me before time

Would have preferred Nissan Almera which was what drew me to rent here. But was issued with its equivalent of Toyota Yaris which wasn't too bad but slightly disappointing.

Maybe a cruisecontrol and automatic lights would be a nice „standart“ rest is great.

Cars at Europcar are always brand new and well maintained, emergency contact number provided in case of an accident or breakdown and early pickup was an added advantage.

It's pretty nice, except some vouchers of late did not apply to all categories or car companies.

There were tremors in idling, apparently due to the low battery voltage of the vehicle, and the vehicle's performance had been degraded due to the reduced power output of low-quality fuel being filled by the previous person. The car's performance has been restored after 95 gasoline was filled. After midnight, I arrived at the pick-up booth, and the employee was away from work and had to wait for a long time. And it was assigned to another car of its class, not the one chosen at the time of reservation, but it was not pleasant to have any explanation or concession.

The car I rented exceeding my expectation, very new and clean. The staffs at the counter very fast action to my requested. Drop off so quick only 2-3 mins. It was very impressive.

The booking platform very neat and easy to use.

Like: Good services the staff , good quality of car

Not too bad. Although car has some scratches all over but it’s still in good condition. Easy to find the counter and overall quite smooth.
