Counter after the departure hall not open even at 7am. (Other counters are mostly open). Need to walk more than 500 - 800 meter to another pick up counter. Inconvenient for those with heavy luggage.
The car had no boot space roller cover. So I did feel a bit exposed. Not ideal if you were parked on a busy street for any length of time and wanted to leave bags etc in the boot.

Overall is satisfactory. However, it is better to have staff to cross check the car condition with the customer when pick up in order to avoid any arguments after returned the car. Despite the customer can take photo and report to Europcar by email, face to face witnesses is the most proper way and avoid the conflict of interest.
Getting the paperwork done was very quick and straightforward. Car delivery to the pick up point took 10-15 minutes longer - but the counter staff kept me appraised of what was going on.

The ground staff was very friendly and helpful.
I was upgraded to a bigger vehicle, as the one rented was not available.
The car unfortunately was not in the condition I expected it to be in:
- I was told it would be perfectly fine
- It was scratched and bumped
- It was dirty outside and inside (full of sand and dust)
- We found it with the backseats were reclined
- Two of the head-rests for the backseats were missing
- It seems the car had not been checked and cleaned after the previous rental
The Europcar customer service was unfortunately neither very responsive nor helpful.
The car was very expensive. Taking a longer period (2 weeks) we thought we would get a better deal.
The insurance they tried to sell us at pick up was also grossely overpriced.
The car was given dirty that too after waiting for a long time and the counter staff didnt even apologise for the dirty car and the car not being ready.

The car shown on the picture was a sedan but i was given a hatchback. I asked for sedan too but was refused.
