“現地での事務手続きはスムースだったが車を待つ時間が長かった。”

繁忙期だったこともあると思うが受け渡し場所で1時間半待ちは長かった。座るところも無く多くの人が待っていた。待たせない様に在庫を増やすとか待たせるなら待合所を広くし椅子を増やすなど改善が必要。それ以外には返却後の車のシートの汚れが取れていなかった。ゴミなどの清掃は出来ていた。

出発店舗までのシャトルバスが混んでいたので、徒歩で移動しました。シャトルバス乗り場から、道路沿いに歩いて5分位で到着します。事務所立地、貸出手続き時間、車のピックアップ場所、どれも便利でした。その場でガソリン満タン返し不要のオプションを進められ、返却日に時間がなかったので申し込みました。税金込みで約100ドルでした。

ホノルルに空港に着いて、借りる時、事前に、先ずはレンタカーのシャトルバス乗り場に行って、今回借りる「Dolla」社名を係に伝える。と言う案内が有れば、迷わずに済んだ。また、借りる手続きの際、返却方法をきちんと説明して欲しかった。返却の場所への道案内が無かったので、早めにホテルを出て返却しようとしたのですが、やはり空港周辺道路をぐるぐると迷い、危うく帰りの飛行機のチェックインに間に合わなくなるところでした。返却時の道案内が必要です。

should warn that cannot pay at counter since if use own credit card to pay does not show rentedt car for insurnace purposes shows qeeq not dollar car ental charge and cannot pay drectly at counter like others ie priceline.
