Like: The car, a Ford Fusion Hybrid, was an excellent, well-designed and maintained piece of equipment. Great car. Rate did not match the reservation rate (it was higher, due to "taxes and fees", but was quickly corrected, once I showed the printout and e-mail, which did include taxes and fees. Dislike: That the rate was higher than was what was contracted for. Fortunately, I had printouts and e-mails to prove it.
Dislike: At the end of the trip, the poor man had a lot of pressure because there were a lot of cars being returned at the same time. So, I understand that he was not friendly, however, he was efficient.

The counter lady that attended to me steal my credit card details and uses it to purchase online but thank God my card issuers have dealt with it now. Please get good integrity staffs to your counter desks

The drop off was very bad! No signs in the car park directing. Nothing to say where to drop keys. Managed to eventually find it our selves as the phone number given was not 24/7!! Very poor ending to what otherwise would have been a good experience.

Easy and straight forward. Only issue was not easy rent cars problem.
Like: The previous time I rented with you it took almost an hour to get the car - the line was quite long and moved slowly. This time was a breeze, and there was one person functioning as a concierge which made it even easier. Also, I got upgraded to a snazzy new car. Wheeee! Dislike: nothing.
