車両は小型SUV(Kia Niroと同等クラス)ではなく、ガソリン車のKia Sentosでした。スタッフの説明は「Busy seasonだから」ほぼ新車(走行距離3126km)で良かったけど、ハイブリッドのつもりだったのでガソリン代が2倍以上かかった。あとdollarはHertz/Thifty系列だと知らず店舗カウンターを見つけられず、やむなく他の店舗スタッフに聞いて分かった。

“The car was fine, but fuel tank was not full and the attendant lied saying that was normal.”

The counter stuff was nice at first, but when I pointed out to them that the fuel tank wasn't full, the girl made up a story saying it was a gauge problem, that others had the same issue and the tank was indeed full. That was a lie because twice I filled it up and it showed perfectly on the panel. That means Dollar did not give me a full tank as I deserved.
