Easy booking.

La voiture était très bien et les employes du bureau très agréables et avec bon attitude. Mais on a passé plus d'un demi-heure à chercher le bureau de location. Ils n'ont pas du signalisation dans la gare .

Dislike: A small snag with car was effectively corrected.

Je n'ai pas eu la catégorie de vehicule que j'avais réservé (une 308sw à la place d'une 508 ). La 308 sw était néanmoins de bonne qualité.

We arrived at the rental station after a late flight with the family and young kids. There was only one staff member and 2 other customers joined the line with us. But the guy was chatting up the two female friends that had come to visit him at work for over 20 minutes whilst ignoring us and other customers. Eventually a colleague arrived and was able to serve the customers. When it was our turn they tried to give us a 5 seater despite us booking a 7 seater as there was 6 of us. The guy had given a free upgrade to a group of 4 girls in front of us and given away the last 7 seater. So they had to then arrange to get one delivered from a different depot. The lady serving was helpful but the whole process was slow and unacceptable given that it was late and pretty quiet.

Straight forward booking process, good price and fair cancellation etc terms.

Like: We did not get the mercedes and got an older infinity. It was fine eventually and the car performed well
Dislike: Car had a high mileage
