Please make the Alamo a bit larger so the customer can see it easier. Now it's a bit hidden below the enterprise sign so it took me a minute to find out which is the stand.

Yes, the car was spacious. There were no queue. The staff waited outside the rental office to greet me as U got off the shuttle bus. Everything was processed very efficiently. Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful at Alamo for both pick up and drop off.
We live in London and chose to pick up the car from Standsted Airport for price concern; it turned out it totally worthed the value! The car was relatively new and extraordinary clean while the staff there were very helpful, definitely will do again when needed.

A good website with tons of car rental information to choose from!
Our booking was actually handled by the Enterprise desk but Hamid was really great. Got a free upgrade, there was no hard-selling of extra insurance and was given a full rundown of the vehicle condition and features. Honestly the best car rental experience I've had thus far.
Alamo really stood above previous experiences with other rental companies. They were quick and efficient and the value was outstanding. I will rent from them again at LGW without hesitation.
Like: customer service and also checked my old record in Enterprise and it helped to process my rent quickly Dislike: Vehicle was not the one as advertised in website.
Like: Friendly and easy going staff at their Gatwick location. When faced with some issues on the booking and with the car; it was easily dealt with and we were away with no dramas. Equally friendly at the other end of our one way drop off in Oxford. Dislike: The fact that I left my child's car seat in the vehicle and it hasn't turned up yet. Not exactly their fault, but would have liked to see some sort of follow up on this by now; as it's been several days since I reported it. Hopefully, it will be located and we can get it back to Australia without too much drama.
Staff were VERY helpful and had excellent customer service. Sam's professionalism at the Alamo reception desk really stood out. Returning the car was easy and painless. Everything was sorted in about 5 minutes. We were in a hurry so it worked perfectly for us.

Was easy to book though only allowed us to book one insurance option online. We had to upgrade at Alamo. Liked that the website showed what mileage was included. A lot of websites don't show this so it was one of the reasons why We chose easyrentcars.
Like: Fast service Dislike: During the booking process online, the website gave us pick up option in Tower Bridge ( which we chose). But, when we got confirmation email it told us to pick up the car at Spur road address in Waterloo and not Tower Bridge. Unfortunately, Spur Road office was closed, so we had to call the agency to find out that in fact we had to pick up the car at Lower Marsh road ( Waterloo), so online booking process was a bit confusing, but overall satisfied with the service.
It was easy to find the counter in the airport and get to the car. Counter staff at pick-up were helpful, efficient and informative. Car provided was as stated. Car return was quick and efficient. So far it has been a good experience.
