CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON ALAMO AT PERTH AIRPORT, PER

Like: Everything went smoothly to plan. Weather was great. Interesting places to visit.

We left spakling wine and they didn’t have an email address and didn’t return our calls so that was annoying - it was an expensive one and we called the next day.

Like: An enjoyable trip made better with a nice hire car

Dislike: No floor mats

Wrong signage at the desk. Flashing warning message on the cars dash, called cust service a couple of times but no one answered. Left a message asking to be called back, no one returned my call. When told the agent upon returning the car she just said they don’t have the car service at an authorised mechanic so he can’t clear the warnings.

Like: I like getting upgraded of a better car

Great price. Rented before from this vendor and they recognized us!

Not great at pick up, advised that it wasnt the car I had booked but tikd I would have to wait.also mentioned ainethibg about insurance wasn't with them and other stuff not great communication

Like: Vehicle upgrade
Dislike: Due to upgrade I was no longer untitled to unlimited milleage which was a disadvantage to me

Like: Driving in Australia has always been enjoyable and fun especially when you have good wheels.
Dislike: The insurance for zero access is kind of exorbitant. Almost the price of the car rental. If this can be reduced, it will be more attractive.

Alamo check out was great, I did ask the attendant multiple times as to the return location and directions. She told me it was easy and to just follow the signs.
