It did take a while to get our car as traffic was heavy. We did notice a strong cigarette smell especially in the back seat and as there were no other vehicles available we had to purchase a hanging deodorant to erase the smell.
Always great service by the Top Rental team. I was able to extend my rental without any issue. Very helpful staff.

Fast easy booking service, have the best rental deals.
Car was in good condition, staff friendly and helpful. Being picked up at the airport in the car bypassed the process of needing to transfer bags. The only hard part was looking for the car in the passenger pickup, not a van with signage.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only criticism was that the car entertainment system was in another language as it was an imported car. We were unable to play the radio or Bluetooth our phones to play music. GPS was also unusable. It was a lovely car in all other ways though.
Very accommodating staff, came in early so I could drop off the vehicle early to catch a flight.
Fast and efficient drop off and pick up process.

Daman was really helpful. He made sure everything was great and dropped us off the airport in the same vehicle which reduced one extra loading of luggage. Great service.
